Review 1：Unfortunately slow und unstable internet. Depends on weather and can't be influenced by hotel. Also unfortunately there is a construction ruin next to it. Doesn't harm ones' holiday and Secreto operates already since 15 years. But one should know.
Review 2：Super friendly and professional team. Quiet location. Small hotel. Close to Playa Norte, where the locals go for the weekend but also easy walk to Playa Norte part and Central where the party happens.

Review 4：We are a 33 year old married couple from California. Loved the location, staff, and room. People complaining really surprise me. It is a tad pricey I'll admit that, but for our first visit to mujeres it was worth it. It's a boutique hotel so you have a just handful of people/staff assisting you day in and day out -- you get to know them, it's a small like 12 room place so it's a cool place. They are very helpful and eager to assist. Quiet, on the beach, but close enough to hidalgo and town. We were in and out all day. Very convenient location. Private beach was nice, also right around the end is playa Norte beach = stunning. I was concerned when recent reviews said hotel was 'filthy' but I travel to Mexico A LOT. My hubby and I got married in Puerto Vallarta. We did not find this hotel or the island bad at all. We didn't want leave this island. Drink prices are not bad at hotel. Continental breakfast was nice. No restaurant, but they will bring you food. No need for a restaurant though because you're so close to town.
Review 5：The showers are the only let down for me. They were not good. I still have shampoo in my hair.
Review 6：As they do not have a kitchen you could order from amazing restaurants and have brought to your room on plates. What they don't tell you is that on every balcony there is a massive outdoor bed. And you have a private beach! No need to go to playa Norte and get hassled, this is THE beach to be at in Isla mujeres. Cocktails reasonably priced and made with lots of care and attention.

Review 12：The carpet was old and musky. Wi- fi was out of service numerous times. Shower was under repair and glass door missing and this caused water to flood bathroom floor. Requested a shower curtain but didn't totally resolve. It would be helpful to have English TV channels in room.

Review 14：There was all kinds of bugs all over the room! There was literally culm of ants from the bathroom to our main room!!! When we express our disappointment to the staff they came with to spray some poison twice and it didn't help! They didn't try to Compensate us and just said they don't have another room. I don't believe they didn't know that before we chacket in because there no way that the other couple that stay there didn't tell them the se problem!

Review 26：This is a beautifully appointed little gem, quietly hidden away, yet a short stroll to all the action. The dozen rooms each has its own private balcony looking out directly on the Caribbean. The staff is very accommodating and every detail has been thought out with great style.

The hotel felt mellow, private, and inches from the beautiful beaches while being off the beaten path. The view was amazing from our room and the bed was super comfortable... A big king sized cloud.
