Review 1：The only bad thing is that the railway is very near, but the rooms are very well isolated so we didn't hear a lot from it.

Review 2：Everything was very good. The apartment is VERY cosy and well furnished, with anything you might need (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, hairdryer, fridge and freezer...). The wifi connection worked perfectly. There was good heating for the time of the year we traveled (february) and the rooms are very well isolated, so no noise comes from the outside... The staff ( hi Daniele!) was very welcoming and helpful (even with a welcome present!), the bed was super confortable and we slept like babies. Its location is very good if you are in need of beach, even if a bit far from the center of Senigallia, but as we had to take the car around it made no difference. We went with our dog and everything was fine also for him. Super place!

Review 3：I wasn't sure at first sight but the place grew on us. Comfortable with great views of the Adriatic yards away and our host was very helpful. Great pizzeria and pesci place close by.

Review 11：Rooms on upper floors have wonderful balconies with sea view. There are several very nice restaurants very close.There is a possibility to use a very nice and quite big pool nearby, which is helpful, especially with childern and if the sea is rough. The atmosphere is quiet and clean and comfortable. Daniele is a perfect host.

Review 18：Very clean, modern and well equipped apartment for all your self catering needs. Ideal location close to the beach and quality restaurants. A twenty minute walk will get you into historic Senigallia or you can hire bikes from the residence to get you around. Daniele was always helpful and the ideal host for our seven night stay. Highly recomended

Review 19：Check in was at 16:00 so we had to spend the morning at the beach and then the owner made us feel uncomfortable that we had arrived straight from the beach with sand on our feet!

Review 22：Clean and comfortable rooms. There is everything: the iron, refrigerator, kitchen with all kitchen appliances. You can buy food at the local market and cook anything. Coffee maker, microwave, all pots and pans. Very convenient. Directly opposite the hotel kite school, you can go to play windsurfing and wakeboarding. Enjoy for a long stay away from other people.
