Review 1：Over charged!!! Doesn't seem to matter what your booking states form says, they will charge you more and state them as 'taxes', took nearly 1 hour to check in because they wanted to charge double the price on the booking. Eventually agreed to pay the extra because we needed to rest.

Review 2：The hotel was very clean and the rooms were lovely, all the facilities were very nice

Review 3：Unfortunately we had a bad experience when we just came into the room, the refrigerator was dirty and someone got to clean it late at night disturbing us our sleep after 10:00 p. m. The second bad experience was at the restaurant, the waiter doesn't know how to use the computer menu, he do not gave us at lease water and he left us wait for the ticket about 20 minutes after we finish our meal.

Review 4：The most I like was... The pool area, and , the location of the hotel ( downtown) close to the most important touristic sites and shopping.

Review 5：i disliked the staff. Right once I checked in horrible service till the checkout date. The check in lady had a disgusting attitude , do not recommend this place to anyone after being double charged on my credit card and felt like I wasn't valued as a customer or visited from the u.s.

Review 7：The hotel works mostly as a summer resort, so you must be prepared for families turning around, kids pushing and so on. Hotel restaurants are a bit deceiveing: big portions but not really fine cuisine. Wifi only works close to the reception.

Review 8：The hotel is on the Malecón, if you want to visit the harbor or the historical center is perfect. They have an agreable spa, if you do not enjoy swimming pool full of families and couples, try it. Rooms are well furnished and the view is magnificent.

Review 9：There were a few glitches on arrival, notably the lack of the promised in-room safe and TV remote, but these were quickly and efficiently remedied. I don't particularly like having to pay an extra sum of money (no matter how small) to have the minibar opened and stocked, but again, this was quickly remedied.

Review 10：I liked the free, secure parking across the road, the helpful staff and the airy, comfortable room, complete with ceiling fan, which I prefer to having the aircon on all night.

Review 11：The location is amazing! I stayed in two different rooms and both rooms had a beautiful view. I was able to see the ocean, the city, and the plaza. The rooms were both very clean and comfortable.

Review 12：The kids'club was very dirty with dust. It's open so I understand that it is hard to keep it clean with all the dirt in the air and wind. So I wish they figure out a way to keep it clean most of the time.

Review 13：staff is amazingly friendly, I felt like being in a cruise ship. The breakfast included in the executive lounge is really good and the snacks and drinks at night are good. The view from the ninth floor in the executive lounge is amazing. I stayed for two weeks with my 3 girls and had a great time. The bell boys and valet parking is great too. My rental car got broken and the bell boys did everything they could to help me. My girls loved the indoor swimming pool and the kids'club play structure. We could walk every day to the malecon, museums and downtown. There's so much to see and do within a few blocks. The security in the hotel is great too. They have guards in every entrance and throughout the hotel. In the hotel lobby they have a music band playing at night in the weekends and it's a nice place to enjoy and relax at night. I would come back to this hotel again and again.

Review 14：This is the hotel has zero training for handling any accidents. Our bathroom had a plumping problem in the midnight with loud explosion and the faucet in the shower and toliet run black water. So they don't know what to do. So we cannot have shower or brush our teeth. Two days later, we had serious seafood food poisioning in their restaurant. We inform the receptionist and they did nothing. No apologize and not even trying to get us a doctor. The only thing they could recommend is that we give the money to the bell boy to fetch some pharmacy medicine for us. We have to cancel our flight, hotel in DF and stay one more night in this hotel. And no apologize and no any gesture. It is a very nice located hotel with a view of harbour, but you better hope you don't have problem happened to you during your stay because you won't get any help.

Review 16：Veracruz is an old town, with not so many nice areas. I strongly recommend Boca del Rio area. 15 minutes away, beautiful and modern houses, great choice of restaurants, great beach boulevard
