Review 23：We loved everything. The staff was more than excellent, from management to house keeping, very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was also delightful - We were especially fond of 2 of the wait staff Efrain & Fernado they were excellent, howerver all were great. The Concierges were so speedy and friendly, expecially Alfredo. We will definitely return. We also had to use the Hotel doctor, recovery was quick and diagnosis was accurate.
Review 24：Room a little bit noise, not sufficient isulation of the window and door to the balcony. Did not get the airline miles as promised, now it is difficult to get contact to the hotel via email.
