Review 1：Our room was dark with no view. The photos I saw when I booked didn't correspond to the room we got so we got wrong expectation. Room for two is small. Another thing- the pillow was incredibly big,impossible to sleep on it! I would say result is that this hotel has a lot to improve and is not worth the money. However i cannot say how it is in the big rooms with the big terasse.

Review 2：The view is really nice,BUT we got the only room without view. The food is good in the restaurant. Breakfast ok.

Review 3：When we arrived, the pool was perfect. Clean and the view was just surreal. We decided to try and dip there on our last night. Before night came, there was a kid party and ended probably about 6pm. We went to the pool around 8pm and the pool was so dirty. Plastic cups, insect wings all around and spits. I am not that particular about pools but I'm just thinking about the other guests. It would be very nice if somebody will clean the pool everytime. But afterall, I still recommend you guys to visit this place.

Review 4：I like best their rooms! What we have was so cleaned and my friend even said that that was the best room he ever had. The view was impeccable! The food are amazing. A bit expensive but it's worth it. And the breakfast that is included in the accommodation was excellent and in bounty. ;) The bf buffet is very nice as well. And the owner is also very friendly. They provide everything to you in the room. Even hair dryer. And you can bring food and drinks from outside for free. I will definitely book my stay here if I will have chance to visit bohol again.

Review 5：Although the location seem close to Alona beach (20min driving distance), the trip is very costly (600-700p single way) because the hotel is on a hill and no taxi or tricycle will come unless you book with a phone. The swimming pool is very small(only around 10 meters long) with water not very clean.

Review 7：The location is beautiful on top of the hill, I really love the idea of having pair of hammocks in each room and scooter was also provided free of cost. Staff are amazingly wonderful and the the food as well!

Review 8：The first day, when we arrived there they told us they gave our room to other people (who wants stay more) and they couldnt uprade our room, offered us smaller room with motobike rent it was terrible start. We started to search another hotel in their restaurant maybe one hour or more then they decided to give rthe room us one day later. By the way i contacted with owner of hotel almost 3 months ago before our holiday.It was silly situtation. If u will go this hotel make sure everything is okey before u go.

Review 15：I love the fact that the room has a balcony with hammocks overlooking a great view of Bohol. And it's not that far from the airport given the fact that there's no traffic. It's a good place to relax because of the peaceful environment.

Review 16：Way too far from anything. Management needs to do something aboutgetting people to the brach/city/action. They have troublegetting taxis to come get people at the resort to take them to town.Getting a cab to take you back is not a problem. It's just trying toget out of the place to go or dinner or to the beach

Review 18：The location is extremely not convenience and with no free shuttle bus,they charge car transfer service high price.if you stay in hotel and you can't go any where for meal and the price of the food is more expensive than fancy restaurant in Manila. The most I don't like this resort is every notice they stick on the wall ends with "on your own risk."

Review 22：The only drawback of this hotel is remoteness from the seaside Youalways have to hire a driver or look for tricycles for a ride. Thefamous Alona beach is 20 km away from the hotel. But beside this ,everything was great!

The view is really great Swimming pool is also verynice, you can get a great sea view from there as well The staff isreally really friendly! They are always there for help and support. Wetook a few trips with their driver who is very helpful as well. The foodin the restaurant is delicious! It was the best vacation ever We willalways remember you! Thank you very much for everything! Review 24：It has no elevator so you will need to walk up at least a few steps. Far from everything. You need your own car to go places. I picked this place because it says mini golf but don't bother as its not even a golf. It's made of concrete and holes. Who makes golf out of concrete? I don't think it has been used for a while either.

Review 25：if you want seclusion this is the place. The view is priceless. The rooms are big but has a small bed which is supposed to be queen. This is mostly for long stay I think as they do have a kitchen.

Review 26：Our first night in town, we called the hotel at 10pm to help book a taxi for us to get to the hotel as we had not rented motorbike and not very familiar with the area yet but were told to call another taxi company or get the restaurant we were having dinner at to call for us although we have mentioned that the restaurant said no taxis available from their end. Also, taxi we booked through hotel to airport on last day (cheaper that other taxi co) cancelled an hour before pick up time. Transportation difficulty was the only issue I had with this place, others are good. Strongly suggest to rent motorbike right from the beginning.

Review 27：Amazing view, good breakfast, very clean and staff was nice. Although the location is not very near to any main attraction of Panglao, we really enjoyed the motorbike ride going to places and it's only 30mins by motorbike to the beach, 10mins to town and 1 hour to Chocolate Hills through beautiful rice fields, villages and forests, and of course having breakfast in the morning overlooking the green and sea is just breathtaking. Overall happy with my stay.

Review 45：- Room (especially the toilet) was not clean- Shower with low water presure, change from hot to cold within seconds, terrible...- Balcony is bigger than the sleeping area. The sqm information in the description is therefore missleading. A deluxe room is not really deluxe. It is an around 16 sqm room...- You need a car (taxi) or motorcycle to going out which is at the end very expensive (Hotel offers transport during daytime but not much cheaper than the offical taxi service)- Hotel was not able to organize for us in the evening (7.30 pm) a transport to the beach for dinner. At the end we had to organize it ourselves. We were able to do it within 15 minutes for which we were waiting for the hotel answer more than 1.5 hours. It was also cheaper than the recommanded price from the hotel...- Drinking water and coffee not get refilled in the room- Wifi access only in the restaurant, need local SIM card for phone calls- We were celebrating the new year in the restaurant of the hotel. Owner was also present. But he was not able to wish a happy new year to the few guests or even to offer a drink for the new year start...- Food was ok but not worth the price which was much higher than for example at the Alona beach (tourist spot of the island)- Booking.com offers the offical rates which I would also get if I book direct via hotel. Btw in the meantime is the breakfast (no buffet, you have to choose one meal on the list) included (in our booking confirmation we would have to pay separate for the breakfast).- In the hotel prospect it was mentioned that you have to pay the half day rate if you check in before 2 pm and also if you check out after 11 am. If they really claim it we cannot confirm because we were move in and out in the correct time range...- Only a few guests during our 3 nights stay in the hotel. Therefore we do not understand that the service was so disappointing.

Review 46：View from the hotel room and the restaurant to the sea and the city isreally fantastic but that's the one and only advantage of theVantage Resort. Positve was also the hospitaly attitute of Stefanwhich is possible the only staff member in the resort which behavescustomer oriented.
