Review 1：I came to Mostar for a short work trip, but also had some time to be a tourist. It was my first visit to the city. The staff at Almira were helpful and friendly to me.

Review 10：We arrived mid morning on train from Sarajevo and although our room was not available yet (as expected) we were offered complimentary breakfast. Our room (103) although small had a balcony which we used in the evening when the sun had gone. The staff were friendly and helpful and drove us at no cost to the bus station when we left.

Review 11：No staff at reception when we arrived, we were waiting probably 10 minutes. Our room was not ready yet. We booked double room but get room with 3 beds, there is no place for 3 beds in such a small room. Mattress is very soft. Mattress was bumbed. Poor breakfast.

Review 13：They have issues with water in bath tub, it starts flooding a bit, not that this will cause problems to you, but it can cause a problems to owners in the future. At night i could sense cigarette smoke coming in my room, thst was unpleasant.

Review 16：If you're lucky, every once in awhile you encounter an individualwho makes a real impact on your life. Nino (and the rest of the staff)from the Hotel Almira is such an individual. Our family decided to takea short side trip to Mostar during our travels throughout Croatia thissummer, and it ended up being the highlight of our two week trip! Ninoprovided a private tour for my family throughout Mostar (for a nominalamount) that was filled with history, personal experiences, color andhumor. We learned so much about the region, including his and othercitizen's personal experiences during the war.Nino also arranged for an authentic Bosnian dinner back at the hotel for us. It was delicious, and the service excellent. Overall, the hotel was in a great location, right in the heart of old Mostar. There is inside parking, perfect during the hot summertime. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and fresh. Overall, the staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We WILL return to Bosnia, largely because of the education and experience we received via the staff and ownership at Hotel Almira. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Review 18：Very close to the old town (historic bridge etc) this new family run hotel is the perfect solution when you want to visit Mostar and have a limited number of days. Wifi is super fast. The family members are nice and very friendly.

Because the Hotel is affiliated with a nearby travel agency any trips or local tours can be easily investigated and seamlessly accommodated by very personable guides. Very highly recommended.

Review 28：I like the fact that staff at the hotel was very helpfull. We vere offered Bosnian coffe on arrival and had a choice of parking our car in the underground parking garge or in theoutside parking spaces. The location of the hotel is superb, with the old city and old bridge being less then 30 meters from the hotel. The rooms are very specious and the balconie offered a great view of the old bridge and the old town. Breakfast at the hotel was great, variety and portions were outstanding. Staff vere excellent and service provided was what is expected of a 4* facility (unlike some places we recently visited). I would certainly come back to this hotel and would strongly suggest it to all off my friends.
