Review 1：Breakfast would be great for gluten eaters, as there was a huge selection of cakes, none which we could have, but lovely staff.

Review 5：Apparently the elevator responds to the most recent person in it pressing the button. One can wait 5-10 minutes for the elevator to come to your floor. Wi Fi is spotty at best.

We had a problem with the first room we were given and without any issue the front desk changed our room (to a nicer one!). The hotel is a convenient walk from the train station, beach, and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Review 15：Don't get a room at the back!!! Main east Coast rail line runs 24/7 and is very noisy at night time. Had to use ear plugs!!! Air conditioning didn't work so had windows open at night which meant little sleep due to the train noise.

Review 18：The hotel was close to the train station where the Simply Supermarket is located directly in front. A few meters behind the Simply are the old castle walls and courtyard. There is a nice small old city to walk aroundvin and a beautiful beach promenade. The hotel management supplied us with a secure place to keep our bikes.

I was able to find hotel Palace a few towns up and their affordable price and location brought me in. I wasn't disappointed, clean rooms with great facilities. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was beyond good.

At night it was very warm in the room, but the air-conditioner doesn't work at night. If you open the door of the balcony, it was impossible to sleep because of the trains passing by.
