Review 1：nobody reads your special requests, the place was nearly empty, but i was put to the noisiest corner with cars passing by all the night above the head. and staff rejected to change the place.

Review 3：it is very wet in the room, fan in the bathroom more than noisy, you can hear the neighbours speaking etc.

Review 10：Smoke from the nearby boiler house - presumably their own property. Could not rest with open windows. My cabine house had gas furnace for hot water supply, but apparently older houses don't.

Review 12：The fibro cottages (each with 4 rooms) are a little bit dampish, meansthe beds feel dampish (until you get used to it) but that is hard toavoid at the coast without any heating. If the weather is not reallyhot, better bring your own little electric heater with you. Old 80s lookalike linnen/manchester and horrible microfiber plankets inside withunspeakable stains (we junked them immediately into the wardrobes).Thats why we used our own sheets and else.
Review 13：You can't beat this price for a beach ressort so close to Usedom and astone throw away from the beach. Regular customers are Polish seniors,family clans and couples with little kids. Staff is very friendly andsupportive but hardly understands any other language (better have yourtravel dictionary with you). Each room with 2 beds has its own cleanbathroom with a shower and very hot water. No shared kitchen at all(beside the kettle in each room) but a cheap and original self-servicerestaurant which serves optional breakfast and lunch of local style.Best of all: 2 mins walk to the waterfront, 6 mins to the supermarketand 10 mins to the pier and the tourist traps. We had some beautifuldays at the beach and loved it there.
