Review 1：The bed is quite small and the duvet was uncomfortable.
Review 2：It's a cheap hotel and full fills all the basic needs. No fancy things but clean and helpful staff. The location is quite central and within walking distance from the monorail (7min). It is located in the red light district but it didn't affect us. We didn't have breakfast.
Review 3：The only negative was the air conditioner wasn't working. This wasn't a big deal as it wasn't hot, but the room still managed to get stuffy even though it was 20 degrees C.
Review 4：The location was fine, but nothing special. It's about a 15 minute walk to Kokusai dori. It was very clean, which I liked.
Review 5：The Hotel is not far from the Kencho-Mae Station, form the Habour and you can walk to Kokusai Dori. The Staff is very friendly. You get every comfort you need. Toothbrush, Soap, etc provided. Some people here complain about the bed. The bed is wide enough if you are alone, and two should also fit in. Wifi worked eyerywhere.

Review 11：We had to book a smoking room because nonsmoking rooms were fully bookedeven though neither of us smoke but the room didn't smell at all sowe were pleasantly surprised. Staff was not overly enthusiastic but veryhelpful and kind nonetheless. Japanese breakfast was much better thanthe western type. Bed was super comfortable.

Review 16：The bed was absurdly small. "Small Double Bed" which on the website says can accomodate two is absolutely false. My bf and I couldnt lay flat and straight, much less comfortably sleep. And this not a "Japanese style" or anything; it is simply a twin bed that will not accomodate two adults. Beware!

Review 18：The hotel is centrally located (even the monorail is 5 minutes by foot away), the staff is helpful and kind, the room and the hotel clean and impeccable. The price is on the other hand very reasonable. Unfortunatey I cannot comment on the breakfast, which I did not had at the hotel.
