Review 1：1)The hotel manager. he shows up every morning before breakfast and leaves right after it. overlooking any movement in the area and constantly commenting his guests on how they behave. Reminded us of Basil Fawlty. 2) Setting the room air conditioners to a fixed 24 degrees on low fan speed on July 2015 was sheer cruelty. I had to argue and beg for a remote that was free of restrictions.

Review 3：Very nice pool area. Straff is excellent and helpfull. All in all a very good hotel, easy to find and a perfect loocation if you are looking for a few days stay or are base for exploring the vest cost of lake Garda. A walk in the near by vally with the old papermills is recomended

Review 13：Great staff, very helpful and thoughtful. Location's great by definition (it's difficult to make a big mistake in Toscolano), the room was small (you get what you've paid for, fair enough) but clean. I spent in there just one night (tri race the day after), slept soundly and deep.

Review 16：We stayed one week in July '14 and found the location in Toscalano good / in walking distance of the lake front, supermarket, restaurants etc. Breakfasts were excellent - lots of fresh fruit, breads, cold meat/cheese, cake and homemade Jam. Hotelier was very friendly, and gave very good recommendations for local restaurants, which we used several times.

Review 17：The staff was wonderful...friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. The owner couldn't do enough for guests. The breakfast was superlative...the best we had in Italy. There were 4 kinds of home made jam, the olives grown on site as well. The room was charming and clean, the bathroom beautiful. We would highly recommend this great place. Also it has a fabulous pool and the grounds were immaculately manicured. The lobby is beautiful too.

Review 30：One of the staff picked on me why I didn't know Italian? A bit toofar with being "friendly and funny"... Couldn't find tvremote and no nice view through the window... Not much parking!!!! Andthey said they had plenty..!!

Review 31：There was a pool!! And in such heat which I love it is still good tohave a pool in hotel (just shame it closes at 7pm.. And only opens8.30... I love cold swim in the morning!). Short walk to the lake sideto have a swim, nice staff, air con (thankphuk it was there!), nicebreaky (though a bit like at school, tables with numbers), I think whoever stays there will not have to complain.

Review 32：The hotel was very clean and all staff were very friendly, it has a family run feel and the breakfast was good with a selection of homemade jams and cakes. Our rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels erc. I cannot fault this hotel. I will definately return .
