Review 1：The eating utensils, toaster, kettle, fridge and microwave and all were very nice as we are on a long trip and often like to grocery shop and eat in. Notably self contained.

Review 8：I paid for my 4 days accommodation in full on 31 August when I arrived. When I left on 4 September I was charged again for the room booking on 3 September. Sturt Hotel said they could not assist as it was debited by Bookings.com They did not even try to assist.

Review 11：Absolutely hate the service given on arrival. Reception has no staff and they have to come from across the road from the caravan park after they're summoned via telephone on wall outside the reception door. Very poor set-up. On other ocassions, I have had to go across to the caravan park to collect my key as they can't leave the park. Highly unsatisfactory.

Review 15：I didn't appreciate being informed after using Booking.com and arriving that I was allocated a "cabin". I was expecting a motel room, but one can't argue after traveling all day. I'll never use this place again. Disappointing that Booking.Com only had a couple to choose at Broken Hill. Might take the chance next time and rock up to view others.

Review 19：ac made terrible noises when firing up, revving like a small aircraft when set on higher temps e.g. 25 dgr on a cold and stormy day, sounded like hovering above your house, kicked in repeatedly during night and woke me up! next door's water pipes screamed for the duration of their showers. was told it couldn't be fixed so not much point recommending hotel or wanting to stay again! sign asking to go to reception across the road or use night phone, nobody answered in my case. after a long drive the last thing you want is being redirected, even if its only across the road - on a day with a gale blowing and freezing temps not acceptable! should be included in motel description: check in with caravan park so you go there straight away. in room description no mention of fridge, microwave, sink. big window in one door with no blind!!! had to use towel and imagination to block out the bright night light. staff on Friday didn't know about who's responsible for cancellation fee (claimed it was booking.com) and attached wrong receipt.

Review 66：We loved everything about the Motel. The staff were very friendly. They couldn't do enough for you. The room we stayed in was very clean and tidy. The room had everything you need. We only stayed 3 nights but we will stay there again on our next trip to Broken Hill. We would highly recommend the Sturt Motel to our family and friends.

Review 69：We spent a week here and all Staff were helpful and delightful. We were lucky enough to get a family room near the pool, the rooms are a little dated but were very clean and comfy.

The street was not recognised by Tom Tom sat Nav. Better address would have been the street name OR 'Barrier highway' which is the same road.

Review 72：No service, when finally being able to check in in the evening, hungry and tired, we were misinformed about availability of restaurant fascilities, walking in vain for a suggested Hotel and then finally having to drive back to town. AC obviously full of dust, needed to sneeze all night with running nose and other typical signs of dust allergy, bed quite uncomfortably.
