Review 1：Hotel hosted a convention from Herbalife more than 500 guests, staff didn't pay attention to regular customers. We couldn't have breakfast due everything was crowded for people attending to convention

Review 3：El servicio es bastante malo, tuve que esperar dos horas para poder entrar en el hotel porque cuando llegue mi habitación aun no estaba. Están todo el dia en obras, por lo que no se puede descansar y ni si quiera lo avisan antes de entrar.

Review 4：The door to the balcony was loose, an the room was in the last floor. Therefore the wind made a spund the whole night that made difficult to sleep.

Review 6：The hotel seems combined between old and new. You can see some things been fixed, but not changed or renewed completely. Another downside is the number of staff in the morning for check out, only one for many people who wanted to go.

Review 18：I liked the location of the hotel, cleanliness, people attending the hotel I loved it all!

Review 19：Checking in - can't find your reservation without the booking reference i.e. couldn't do it by name? Checking out - took 15 minutes, with no extra charges or anything - numerous bits of paper, numerous signatures, etc. There has to be a simpler/quicker way. This is the age of technology folks. People like me (and I'm not a young high flyer!) travel with a laptop and little else, and expect everything to be electronic - we don't print off numerous bits of paper.
