Review 1：We ordered room service and the food was inedible, we threw it out. The breakfast consisted of three sugary cereals, bread and a toaster, plus juice and coffee. No coffee maker in the room.

Review 3：I have only two minor comments here: --the lighting in bathroom was dim and made it difficult to shave in front of the mirror; --conversations and the TV in the neighboring room (separated only by a locked door) could easily be heard in my room.

Review 9：The fact that I was charged for breakfast despite the fact that it was supposed to be included (something I didn't realise until afterwards). The fact that the louvred windows did no close fully; so that the street noise was not excluded. The fact that the computer toner ran out as I was printing my car reservation form, and there was no replacement. The price during the feria.

Review 11：Everything about this hotel was amazing from the service to location. Have a beautiful church right behind it and a chocolate shop right down the st. What else could you ask for?

Review 27：The first room was on the 7th floor and incredibly noisy because of ar conditioning machines. I had to change rooms in the middle of the night (but staff was ready to assist me in every way).

The Airconditioner was not working, the room thermostat was not working (as per members of the hotel maintenance dept.) every day we asked for resolution to our problem (room extremely hot) they had to "go and check the chillers" within 30 minutes the temp in the room would decrease to a reasonable level (less than 25 degrees, the best temp was 22 degrees) for five to six hours, and then back to scorching hot) the hotel should have a minimal of 4 calls regarding temp control. We were unable to return to the room during the afternoon hours when thr oom was at its hotest ( when the sun hits the room)Included in the fee was a room coffe maker=none available as per attendant " you have to ask for it" same for the iron and the iron board....you have to ask for it...is not offeredBreakfast was included however the employees failled to honor it, until the manager approved it (therfore no friday, sat or sunday service) and we paid every day for it (minimal 18 dlls per day)Requested to speak to the manager on Friday (after 24 hours of sauna temp in our room) and i was told she was not working, plus I have to make an apointment to talk to her. On the day of our deaprture I had a conference with the manager (i have the name available if you company wish to follow up on this) she said I am sorry however, she asked no questions re: times of calls, who answer, how our request was received and handled) etc. She offered a discount which accounted to a total of 27 dlls for 4 days of accomodations= 7 dlls for day (breakfast alone was 18 dlls daily)As the bellhop was carrying our bags out of the hotel he handed to us two vouchers for breakfastWe visit Aguascalientes frequently and my wife wished to stay at the "fancy Hotel la Francia" since she grow up considering this hotel as one of the best known in Aguascalientes ...there is nothing fancy about it!!
