Review 1：Disliked that there were several people enjoying the pool who were not obviously staying as guests. Therefore the pool was over croweded with kids. Staff allowed people to eat their food in the pool and left toys, sandels pool side in the path of entrance to the pool.

Review 3：This hotel is under renovation and there is dust and noise everywhere while they still charge you the highest prices in Veracruz. They drilled the wall from 8am in the morning till 9pm. Staff think it is your choice to stay here and show no action to make your stay more comfortable.

Review 5：I do not like someone knocking atmy door in the morning asking if I wanted my laundry cleaned. I was there at a bad time due to the construction, although I will add thank you for keeping the work hours reasonable. The internet connection was very slow. Even though very pretty looking, noise really carries in those halls, all in all a pretty noisy place. The cleaner forgot our coffee packet one day, ok stuff happens but did not like it considered room service when we asked for our coffee packet.

Review 9：It was our first time to Boca del Rio, Veracruz last June 8, 2013 and Fiesta Americana wasn't our first choice but we did not expect that it could be more than excellent. We liked very much the room that we chose it was a Fiesta Club and the amenities and the privileges are superb. We arrived 1 hour earlier and the reception in charge checked our room if it was ready and we were able to checked in hassle free and when I asked him to give us a nice room with a good view, wish granted!. Plus he speak English so it was also a plus. We could not ask for more! The room smelled Fresh! and so Clean! The staff are all doing their jobs very well, from the reception down to the servers. We do not have a complain! We did not see any negativism from anyone. We would for sure book again with Fiesta Americana in our next visit to Boca del Rio, we were pleased!, I think it was meant to be that our first choice was not available because in Fiesta Americana, you get good value of your money! We highly recommend this hotel because we feel it is for all ages and mostly for families with young kids because they have a beautiful swimming pool with a nice landscape.

Review 10：I have already stayed in hotel Fiestamericana in Acapulco for two times.That was reason why I choose this hotel in Veracruz as well. But I wasvery, very disappointed by this hotel. Hotel decsribes that has his ownbeach...but sea at this beach was very, very dirty and shallow, it wasimpossible to swim in sea. Next to the hotel there is a space wherhelicopters are landing...and they were landing many times a day,espacially early mornings and during the nights...you can't imagine thishorrible voise! I ordered accomodation with the breakfest...everymorning I had to explained it to lady in restaurant. When I finished mybreakfast I was houned by waiter to sign my account...it was impossibleto expain him (very poor english) that I have breakfest included inaccomodation..I Had to do it... Minibar in room didn´t work...I Asked atreception what´s wrong, but nothing was changed. And finally when Ifinished my staying in hotel and payed ... in my bill they accounted meall breakfasts and drinks from "hot" minibar. I asked them that it is ajoke!!! But was not! I showed them my booking that I did through yourwebpage (here was described accomodation and breakfast included) but itwasn´t enough for them. I had to sign (in spanish language!!!) that Ididn´t drink any beverage from minibar and I ordered accomodation withbreakfast...HORRIBLE!!!! If I new it I would never ordered hotelFiestamericana in Veracruz!!!!!

Review 11：Service staff outside when the hotel is busy tends to be slow. Have towalk down to the main street to catch a taxi. They charge everything toyour room while there, but when you check out you receive a very vaguedetail of the charges (E.G. hotel beverages ) it is not possible to seedetailed receipts. Auto-gratuity was random, 2 trips to the pool bar and1 room service order. Only received auto-gratuity on one of the bartabs. Be sure to check the ticket carefully before signing.
