Review 1：Shower floor sewer grid was clogged and looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while.

Review 2：The place was cozy and comfortable. It had a relaxed atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Review 3：Restaurant was shut during our stay without any notice and we needed to travel to have dinner. Mosquitoes were all in the corridor which made it uncomfortable to get to our room.

Review 5：The staff was very helpful when we had questions, the food was fantastic, the pool is modern and fun, the location is remote yet close enough to Bellagio and Como but the most amazing part is the view. The view is stunning. No matter where you look you see the Alps.

Review 10：This place doesn't meet its potential. The public areas of the hotel are decorated as a Country Inn, but the rooms and hallways upstairs are modern European design...it doesn't match. The restaurant was not open on Sunday, which is the only day we were there. The grounds are small and a little overgrown in most areas.

Review 11：The front of the facility is nice, with shady vines. The hostess was accommodating and friendly, and the environment was peaceful. The room was adequate for 4 of us for a single night stay, but it would have been small for a longer stay.

Review 12：The hotel has also a restaurant, but I would not recommend it. Our dinner in the restaurant was dissapointing. All the things we had chosen were not really 'light' cuisine.

The worst of it all were theguests coming passed 11pm being very loud. Moving beds and furnitureover our heads! Should have phoned the front desk. Didn't thinkabout it just having fallen asleep. The answer from the owner, whenpaying our bill, is that they don't hear what's going on in theguest part of the hotel as they live in a separate house. They seem notto care at all and are the most unfriendly people we ever encountered inthat business.

Staff was very very friendly, they help us in any questions from how to get somewhere to where we can have dinner ( by the way recommendations was perfect). Room wasn't big, but comfortable! I was impressed of our bathroom: it was big, modern an with balcony!!! Rather ordinary breakfast, but everything was fresh and tasty! And the price is perfect! I can easily advice it to others!

Review 65：The fact that we chose the hotel for the restaurant but the restaurant was closed during our 2 days stay (unannounced). A lot of dead mosquitoes still sticking to the wall in our room. Room not cleaned into depth.

Review 66：We had a lux room. It was nice and well designed. Calm place where you can feel yourself together with nature. Nice balcony. The head of the hotel loves her place, loves the life. She even gave us a discount to Fidenza Outlets.

L'hôtel est très proche du centre, ce qui est un plus.Il est très cosy et lrès chaleureux. Quant au petit déjeuner, parfaitaussi. Nous ne manquerons pas de retourner dans cet hôtel lors de nosprochaines vacances en Italie, voire même d'y séjourner plus d'une nuit.
