Reviews for Hotel Blion Naha
Review 1:It is in a red light district, would not recommend female travelers. Breakfast is just simple, do not expect anything. I would recommend the blueberry cheese bun and the noodles, but that would be all.
Review 2:No frills, Lawson convenient store is just nearby. They also have a interactive kiosk where you can get information and special vouchers for your meals in restaurants around Naha. As for hotel room, you basically pay for what you get, small, cosy and no frills.
Review 3:Not same experience as before. TV only has five channels but I can buy four porn stations. Rooms are too small; not even place to put luggage except under bed. For a double economy room I still expect something a little larger.
Review 4:Breakfast is ok. Staff answers questions.
Review 5:The bathroom had some mildew that needs to be scrubbed away. The area around it is kind of quiet, we didn't see very many restaurants or shops.
Review 6:The room was quite spacious for Japanese standards! The bed was comfy and the location was not too far from the main drag. Breakfast was simple but good. We had wifi in the room. I would stay here again.
Review 7:HOTEL LOCATION NOT IN SHOPPING CENTRE AND JUST FEW RESTUARANTS CLOSED WITH THE HOTEL. THE ROOM TOO MUCH SMALL AND VERY POOR AND SIMPLE BREAKFAST. NO NEXT TIME TO CHECK IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN.
Review 8:The free breakfast was pretty good and the location put us close to useful bus stops, the monorail, and kokusaidori. The staff were also accomadating and kind.
Review 9:The hotel is a bit old yet everything is good.
Review 10:The price is super reasonable for such standard, plus breakfast included. It takes about 10 mins walk to Kokusai Dori, and close to the ferry pier.
Review 11:early check out with no extensions, nothing much in the area... only a few restaurants and not too close to monorail.
Review 12:cheap and fast and convenient staff
Review 13:Depending on your room number, Wifi could be excellent or absent. There is a nice tool in the hotel lobby providing discount at some restaurants, bars.... but although description is in english, the map is japanese only so you cannot go to these places if you don't read japanese
Review 14:It's very close to Tomari port so very easy to take ferries to go to visit some islands. Also Kokusai street and Naha Market are at 10-15 minutes walk Room is clean, even a bit larger than I expected and bathroom is very good with Shiseido shampoo
Review 15:Nothing special about this hotel but it's in a good location and the staff are friendly. The rooms are small but manageable. The breakfast was perfectly fine.
Review 16:The bathroom was little bit smelly and kind of old.
Review 17:The Service was great! They reservated a bus tour for us, because we did not have a japanese cellphone and they helped us with every question we have!
Review 18:The hotel is just opposite those bars and clubs, safety is a issue at night. The breakfast is simple, but the staff does not always actively fill in the bread and soup, until people make request.
Review 19:The room is clean, the location is 10 minutes walk from the YUI rail.
Review 20:- Light Breakfast (pretty much just bread) - Narrow Streets (difficult for newcomers)
Review 21:- Patient and Helpful Staff - 24 Hour English Translation Service - Proximity To Monorail and Hwy 58
Review 22:It is a very far from monorail. It takes 10 minutes walk to monorail.
Review 23:The breakfast is very good. You have a lot to choose. The area is quiet. I stayed in 9/F and the elevator service was quick and reliable. It is very easy to find restaurants nearby.
Review 24:The room was small but I was traveling alone so it wasn't bad, The location is a block north of the red-light district so I wouldn't bring kids here unless you have a car. or only walk out towards the north as there is not any that way
Review 25:Cheap to say in, Nice bed, had a bathtub and a kettle to boil water for noodles. Ten minute walk to kokusai dori, five minutes from the ocean, and 7 minutes from the monorail on foot. Oh and there is a balcony. there is a nice bar in the parallel building to get a light night snack and drink, plus there are a few other good ones really close without going into the Red light district
Review 26:The stuff little bit unfriendly/unhelpful at the front counter.
Review 27:beautiful hotel-hard to tell from outside but it is really beautiful. The room was really comfortable and roomy. Quite place even with lots of people is in and out. Enjoyed the sample breakfast of Japanese meals. Place has washer/dryer access (handy).
Review 28:I stayed in the hotel for 6 days for my wife's birthday trip in Okinawa. The staff were really helpful that they were always patient and tried best to respond to my request despite of my poor Japanese.
Review 29:- Nothing particular. 特になし。
Review 30:- Room is not big, but overall pretty good value for what we paid. 部屋は広くないけど、十分快適、リーズナブルでした。 - Variety of breakfast for business hotel including blue seal ice cream. ビジネスホテルの朝食にしては満足。ブルーシールのアイスクリームも嬉しかった。
Review 31:The staff speaks very limited English, only wired internet is available in the rooms. The AC and the fridge turns off when you leave the room, so cannot keep anything there...The water pressure from the tap on the 8th floor was very low.
Review 32:Even though the breakfast is not a wide variety,it is perfect for starting a summer day and you can eat as much as you want. The lobby of the hotel looks great, also the exterior and there are lots of cool places around to go out for dining. The port is very close and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to Naha bus terminal.
Review 33:I recommend requesting a room not facing the street that is full of host clubs. Ice, vending machines, and the laundry may is offered only on the second floor.
Review 34:The hotel was clean. The staff were polite and helpful. The bathroom was quite roomy. The maid cleaned my room everyday. The hotel was quiet most of the time. Taxi is always available. Overall, it was value for the money.
Review 35:Breakfast is really bland Staff speak no English Deluxe room is very small
Review 36:Its about 1km from the monorail and the main street. About 2km from the central bus station
Review 37:The location wasn't great for finding a spot to run...in a very condensed part of city, but great location for walking to city sights and monorail.
Review 38:For the price, room was a good size , free breakfast filled a triathlete, parking available which we needed.
Review 39:- Nothing to complain about
Review 40:- Price/Quality (3rd time in Okinawa, we consider Blion the best deal) - Helpful & friendly staff (despite low fluency of their English) - Great breakfast (contrary to what's shown in the photos, the variety of choices at the breakfast buffet is quite satisfying), especially when you prefer salty, Asian-style breakfast - Great comfort (not 5-star standard, but definitely great beds) - Great cleanliness (great room cleaning services - even if you don't need it, they will enforce it on you - kind of the Japanese stuff) - Great amenity in the room (bidet seat, satellite TV and free adult channels - just saying)(toiletries, bath robes, shower gel and shampoo all ready to use, changed everyday) - Great location (just 5 mins of walking away from the nearest monorail station, 10 mins of walking from the Kokusai Street, 2 convenience stores right outside the hotel - very practical when there is a typhoon)(contrary to what many people say that it's in a district full of bars and pimps, it's very calm and quite at night)

Review 72:Friendly Staffs Good Location

Review 74:Really a hotel instead of marked as "hotel"
Review 75:The surrounding area is full of "girl clubs" and similar places active during the night.
Review 76:Very good position if you need to get a ferry
Review 77:Me and Wi-fi fighting on 7th floor
Review 78:Bed Bathroom Hot Water arrangement of room Balcony to go smoke on Breakfast
Review 79:A little bit far from Kokusai-dori.
Review 80:Good for this charge
Review 81:Everything was good.
Review 82:Breakfast is not recommended.
Review 83:Clean and comfortable room. Closed to Monorail station.
Review 84:booked non-smoking room but check in gave smoking room
Review 85:Staffs are friendly & helpful. Walking distance to monorail station.
Review 86:People in the hotel speak quite poor english. We can hardly ask any questions. Most of the time, we use body language.
Review 87:Good location. Quite close to all sites in Naha.
Review 88:Breakfast was very packaged, But it was all good what they had put out just was not what I was in the mood for. It is very extensive what they had supplied but I'm sure since it is included in my room fee it is very expensive to put out every day.
Review 89:I was shocked at how quiet my room was. I had stayed at the hotel next door last time and could not sleep from the noise, not this time slept pretty well. The shower was amazing for refreshing. I enjoyed how stocked the bathroom was with washes.
Review 90:Rather small rooms, but clean.
Review 91:Very good location, helpful staff, breakfast OK, we had a massage chair in the room. We stayed two nights. Kent&Berith, Stockholm
Review 92:1. there do not have any bottle of water for us, we must need to boil water by ourselves. 2. the bed is too soft 3. the hot water (bathroom) is not stable !!!!!!
Review 93:1.we rejected the room cleaning service but they will put the clean item outside our room and let us change.
Review 94:The bed was quite lumpy, no juice for breakfast.
Review 95:Very helpful staff, great location - safe and close to the centre, Western breakfast, good value for money.
Review 96:If you turn on the water, the "hot" valve is not joking. It's really easy to burn yourself in the shower if you're not careful! People more cautious than me won't have trouble.
Review 97:There were a lot of cool clubs and bars near the hotel and the monorail was easily walkable. I liked the pajamas they provide for sleeping, the room was clean, and the value was fantastic. Overall, a very good experience.
Review 98:The name of " WATER " across the street at the opposite side of hotel, some drinkers made noise until mid-night!
Review 99:Staffs at breakfast kitchen and reception desk are good. Clean bed and facilities. Delicious and plenty of breakfast to eat.
Review 100:The hotel room is quite small. Not suitable for family with children.
Review 101:Location is near the main shopping street at around 10 minutes walk. Good price and friendly staff.
Review 102:The many bars around the hotel. Didn't feel like a safe place.
Review 103:The staff was very attentive and courteous. Some of them understood English and could figure out what we wanted to know. The free breakfast was a good starter in the morning with coffee, tea, miso soup, salad, musubi & assortment of pastries.
Review 104:N/A
Review 105:If you have business in the Naha area and don't mind walking a few blocks to and from the monorail station, it might be a good fit. Rooms are small, clean, quiet and economical. Comes with excellent breakfast.
Review 106:I reserved a non-smoking room but I was given a smoking one. It was perhaps because of a little miscommunication. But since I was too tired from a late night flight, I didn't bother the lingering cigarette smell in my room.
Review 107:Good value. I didn't find the area seedy as some reviewersmentioned, though there are indeed a few girlie bars around. Miebashi orKencho-mae Monorail stations are excellent places to be based esp if youare not driving.
Review 108:The location is not bad but far from perfect. For those who use rent-a-car, it hardly makes any problem, but it really takes some time to walkto the mono-rail station.
