Review 1：Our room no bath towels provided. 3x call room service but no luck. "There was no towel at the moment", they said. 4th time we asked them at the check in counter after we returned from night safari park. Feels a bit happy as they said the hotel's towels distributed. But actually it down our mood once more time. NO TOWEL still provided to our room at all. My temper was beginning to heat up. We're forget to call the phone in the room since the line is always busy. Finally we get OUR SELF a bath towel on one of the house keeping staff. Most cannot be accepted, the property as a water theme park concept, there is no water supply. 3 to 4 hours after then only water available in the room. Sad! "Caribbean" may not the right choice compared to "Arabian". This is all our experience during the stay on 26-27th December 2015. So this time we will agreed to gave them with 2 star only. Please be more careful for what your customer needs.

Review 3：Poor service while having a buffet bfast..not enough glasses, fork n spoon. Washroom near hotel lobby so terrible! Toilet bowl was clogged n stinking.Hotel room need to upgrade a good amenities.

Review 5：It took us more than 2 hours just to check in... kena ambik nombor for check in... ours is 1151; and they're serving number 1108 at that time...nak beli makan pon beratur lama... nak naik bas tram @ transit pon beratur lama... lot of valuable time wasted because of the que system... why can't it be prepared earlier and when people come they can just fetch it.

Review 7：The best part is i booking for Studio suite but fully booked (maybe people extend their holiday) , so Caribbean staff give me Family Suite with no extra charge !!

Review 11：Most of my colleagues encountered the same problems; 1. Room was humid in the afternoon due to a/c filter were filthy. When is your last cleaning for said filter? Please also include full attention towards underneath the bed @ dusty. 2. Am paying for 9 rooms but 2 bookings been given the same room keys (4 Cards - 2 for Azizul and another 2 for Hafidz). Have to settle it in the middle of the night. 3. Have to queue up more than 25 minutes for 2 soft boiled eggs within buffet counter area. The typical homestyle plastic egg slow boiler been used for the whole breakfast period @ during peak season.

Review 19：I ask for room with view but I got room facing behind the lobby which is dirty so ask to change room. Yes they did change but not far from the first room still facing behind the lobby. The tv was old version and all the channel is not clear. The balcony also dirty.

Review 21：They don't have room services and their convenience store closed early. The restaurant in the resorts are quite expensive and the foods are average. They don't provide iron room in every floor and you have to go to other floor to iron.

Review 22：I booked through booking.com and got the lowest price ever and still managed to get a family suite. It's like an apartment and it is so comfortable for family and can actually fit more than 5 people if you have/you bring your own bed/comforter.

Review 25：Room is not soundproof, very noisy at night and early morning. Old curtains with dust smell that made us allergic. They have 9 counters but only have 1 staff on duty during weekends. Also, bad signal for satellite TV.

We stay 3 days 2 nights, tickets for water park and safari purchased separately and are not included in the package. I think not worth it stay for 3 days 2 nights there but only once can be entered to water park and safari.

Cafeteria food not good, food we can get at any mamak stall. not value for money if we must to pay RM23.00/Paxs for breakfast only, everything there have to pay. swimming pool closed too early at 7pm. Outside food also very expensive. Gift shop also cannot find anywhere only at Hotel and the price is so expensive example key chain only Rm9.90/pc and T/shirt Gambang is Rm29.90 to RM69.90 but the cashier also not educated and don't know how to handle customer . For me room at hotel is ok but not suitable if call "Family Room" because too small and bed also is not enough because they only supply single bed x 2, but not king size or queen size.

Review 38：Breakfast buffet is just terrible. Construction works carried out on peak days. The safety aspects at the water park has a lot of loopholes to be inspected. The safari park tickets can only be purchased in a combo. overall it feels like going to cheap fun fair.

Review 49：I have been upgraded to Arabian with no add cost due to full house at Carribean. Thanks booking.com. The room are very large, comfortable for my 3 kids. Cleanlines are very good and also the restaurant can accomodate a quit no of peoples at one time.

Review 52：Poor on safety. The railing of the balcony of my room was in poor condition. One end was broken. When report was made no action taken. Then the safety. The walk away from the room to the lift was dark. Lights only switch on at night. The car park was even worst. On the first night the lights wasnt switch on at all. It was so dark. Next morning no water supply. Water preassure at 4th floor was too low. I request to be located on the first floor facing the pool. The clerk didnt even read what i wrote nor did she tell me i have pay extra for it. I would have paid for it if I was told about it.

Review 54：Chaos in ensuring the rooms are ready for check in at 3pm. I was given the key during check in but could only get into the room at 8pm as the room was not cleaned by the housekeeping team.

(Should located in the middle of every building) Guest walking with wet all the way from pool side to room via lobby. Most of floors wet, it's dangerous for kids and adults too. Restaurant sitting capacity need to be add as festive season and holidays too many guest for their meal in the queue.

Review 80：my family stayed at S1-01-13 for 2 night. i very dispointed because some of the room were under contruction and renovation. this make a lot of noise and a could'nt sleep in the afternoon. i launch a complaint and they stop for a while. my suggestion the hotel management should have not give this block to rent. the place is dirty and full with dirt. at night i also could'nt sleep because the iron cover in the middle of the road making bangging noise when a car or lorry hit on it. my holiday was a failure.

Review 82：Check in time is at 3pm, however we have to wait for rooms to be ready. Since it was school holidays, the management should've anticipated that more is coming and prepare for smooth check in process. It is regretful that people have to wait long for rooms which has been booked earlier.

The hotel location is strategically peaceful yet adventurous for extreme activities as provided,archery, ATV, Flying fox, horse riding etc.
