Review 1：I book a extra large bed but the staff only give me a queen bed which is not sufficient for us to sleep( We got 3kids). At night the frogs sound noisy and we hard to get sleep. The safari is lack of animals and the entrance ticket is not cheap, not worth with what we paid.

Review 3：The apartment... Should mention NO lift... With lots of thgs to bring, to level 3, so tired. Outside the apartment look very old.

Review 5：1) To get around the apartment to the theme park you need a car else there is service bus which charge each person rm$1 per trip.2) The toilet needs some serious maintenance. 3) Mosquitoes. Need to shutoff all windows and set the air-con temperature to super low level. 4) Resort Food is terrible. You are better off to drive out to hunt for food.

Review 6：Firstly the place is a Condo with several block of Apartment that issublet to tourists. It is not a hotel. The good thing is that theApartment stay is the cheapest stay near to the so called 3 theme park.It is also near to the newly opened Freeport (premium outlet) Mall.Hourly free Shuttle service is provided to the Apartment Guest. To getaround the apartment to the theme park you need a car else there isservice bus which charge each person rm$1 per trip. If you have a car Iwould not recommend you to stay here. However, I must say that theirStaff and bellboy are very helpful. Note that It cost rm$100 from theResort to the Melaka City one way.

Review 7：The 2 room apartment was not well maintained. Water heater did not work .. temperature of the heater cannot be controlled. The entrance fee to the amusement park (archery, go kart, wild west) is over rated.

Review 8：When my family reached the hotel room ,we found out that our room wasn't cleaned yet , there were left snacks ,used matches and other rubbish on the floor.The toilet paper was wet and the toilet bowl was dirty.Besides, the operating hours of Old West which written in the brochure was 6pm until 12am but when we reached there at 6:30pm,the facilities weren't opened for us and what we saw was only the 'show ' of the staff started to prepare the facilities and other things.There wasn't any activities for the tourists to do at that time although the theme park was opened.The facilities of the theme park was old and some of it were not working .

Review 10：The condo area was lack of maintainance and cleanliness. Furniture in the room n bathroom emenities were rundowned but fortunately the bedsheet was clean n the beds were comfortable

Review 11：The room's aircond and toilet's flush were not functioning. Luckily, maintenance responded fast to our complain and managed to fix the aircond. Fridge was stink with strong smell of durian. Kettle and cups had yellow stains. Beds not comfy. Tv reception was very poor.

Review 13：No room service because of rain ! This is Malaysia, we have rain almost 180 days per year. WiFi in the rooms would have also been really useful. Charging RM10 per hour for use of bikes is silly. Have a flat affordable day rate and create activities which involve the bikes. Food charges are a bit stiff. How about vending machines in Tower lobbies ? Why no info about development at front of resort ?

Review 14：Water theme park, Safari was excellent but Old West was just okay. Staff were very helpful especially Ms Cheong and her front desk colleagues. Room was quite comfortable. A microwave would have been a great addition especially with constantly hungry kids. .

Review 23：We had booked 2 villas. Sad to say that the area was not well-maintained.Some villas were gated and some were not. Stayed in villa 1073 & 1074. Swimming pools were dirty and does not have proper waterflow. For villa 1074, tv reception was bad. For villa 1073, pool suction was not working resulting in a stagnant flow. The room with 2 single bed had cockcroaches each night. Toilets were seen with dead bugs lying around and some sticks to the wall. Could hear the aircon creaking too. Remote control for the a/c had to be shared for the entire villa.

That day, i can't iron my dress because the surface of iron box was very dirty and can spoil my dress. 3. No swimming pool in the hotel and had to go to condomonium to swim with charge incurred.

It's a very bad experience to stay at Afamosa ...!The room was not at all clean when we moved in , the dinning table wasfull of dust , there are so much dirt in the cattle , I called threetimes to get it replaced and the reaced one even never cleaned as well...! The toilet was not cleaned before we moved in ....! The receptionwas so poor , they just asked us - hotel policy is 4 pm check in , wedon't know about Booking.com - why they told us 3pm check in . Verybad food , it seems they use frozen Prata and all to serve in 10+ $ menuitem . All together we had a very bad experience staying there ... ! Mykids even don't willing to take bath in the bath room . I paid 720+$ for 2 nights accommodation for 2 family and we really really upsetwith almost everything . From the car park , you need to bend down touse stair case to lobby .....!

Review 52：before my stay with the resort. the staff that spoken to me over the phone is horrible and indirectly quite rude. not friendly. the condition of the resort is not worth the money. disappointment me alot. and the resort does not seems to be 5 stars as it mention.

But the children had fun anyway. 4) Despite we checked and counted all the towels provided before checked out, the housekeeping told us there was one towel missing and we paid RM50 for the missing towel. So if you gonna stay here, please check, double check and triple check for the amount of towel before check out.

Review 75：External facade of D Savoy apartment looked aged and lack of maintenance. We stayed on the 11 floor and view was good and windy. Main entrance door is flimsy. Living room air-con was raining non stop and master bedroom air-con was not was not working so we had to sleep in the living room. Common toilet flush was not working. Kitchenette area was dirty and cabinet doors were falling off. If they want to keep customers, they have to put in serious effort to upkeep the premises including the golf range and green.
