Reviews for B&B De Pepper

Review 1:Very flexible with check in and check out time, wonderful breakfast, free parking and fast internet connection. Perfect for one or two day business trip. But the location is romantic enough for couples also.

Review 2:Personally, I didn't like the bare stone floor in the room: wood or carpet would make the room a little bit cosier.

Review 3:Excellent B&B in an old farm: good breakfast and the owners were friendly and helpfull.

Review 4:The room we had was very small...had we known we would have upgraded

Review 5:As we come from a dairy farming community in the upstate mountains of New York, we were very comfortable in the farm setting. The B&B was very clean and the breakfast was outstanding!

Review 6:The single bed was a bit soft at the edges, but this is a minor issue.

Review 7:The friendliness, cleanness and the rural charm. Very quiet at night and French windows to the garden. The breakfast was wholesome.

Review 8:toilet and bathroom to share which was not described in booking platform, floor in the bedroom was made out of stone which made it cold and not comfortable

Review 9:nice central kitchen for everyone, very good breakfast

Review 10:The only negative thing was that the bathroom was shared but of course I knew that from the beginning.

Review 11:The landlady was very very kind with me, she always was willing to help me. She also gave me a ride when taxi were out of order and she prepare a very nice dinner when restaurants were close. I will come back there for sure I ever need to go in Hengelo for bisinnes.

Review 12:The wifi was not switched on, had to ask, and the toilet and shower are shared. Breakfast area too small for all the guests.

Review 13:Friendly atmosphere, was welcomed with a coffee and buttered currant bread from the region. Clean place and very rural surroundings. Big TV in the common room (watched world Cup soccer). Definitely recommend this place

Review 14:Extreamly friendly and helpful couple. Excellent breakfast and beautiful rooms.

Review 15:Enjoyed our stay. Very friendly family, thanks a lot!!!

Review 16:Welcome with tea and cake and very high standard of all aspects. Lovely breakfast spread. Good advice about where we could eat.

Review 36:They immediately made us feel very welcome by offering coffee and tea and some slices of raisin bread. The decoration was gorgeous. Very clean. Very good service. Overall very very nice.

Review 37:Breakfast at communal table.

Review 38:Superb in almost every way. Bathrooms/toilets not en-suite but this did not cause any probems. Quiet countryside. Comfortable rooms. A good place to relax.

Review 39:Well there is nothing not to like about this lovely establishment. Perhaps some people may prefer to have their own en-suite bathroom. But it was only shared with one other room so that was fine for us. And it was very clean.

Review 40:The beds were comfortable, the hotel was immaculate, the breakfast was tasty, the location was beautiful. Nightingales and Chiff Chaffs abound. The owners are very friendly. There is nothing not to like about this bed and breakfast. I liked the walk in shower.

Review 41:The Pepper is nare a road with a lot of traffic the curtens are not oké, in the morning you awake at 6 oclock because the sun is shining throug the curtens

Review 42:Accommodation was oké

Review 43:Early check-out time (though they kindly made an exception for us). Very minor thing but the under-floor heating takes a while to warm up, maybe it would be good to turn it on a couple of hours before guests arrive.

Review 44:Lovely rooms. Lovely owners who welcomed us with tea and toasted fruit bread when we arrived. It doesn't get any better! Immaculately clean, lovely rooms.

Review 45:Maybe they could cancel the shared bathroom, it was clean and lovely otherwise.

Review 46:The staff was really friendly, I arrived after check-in hours and there was no problem at all. And the rooms are top nice and comfortable.
