Review 1：There was nothing we did not like. We were on the second floor but would not have liked to be any higher as there is no elevator.

Review 2：We stayed for 8 nights. The staff were excellent and the facilities were new and clean and we liked the industrial flair decor. The location is easy walking distance from the river side.

Review 3：- Shower electric water heater had a leaky valve and I couldn't manage to get it to stop dripping water after taking a shower. - A bit of a problem with the electronic door keys. I had this problem taken care of when I checked in but the room next to me came in a 4am and started yelling help in the hallway because his didn't work. - Was a bit frustrating to have to deal with both the receptionist and tuk tuk driver so say that yes, I did actually need to be in front of the post at 6:30am to catch a van regardless of whether it was open or not. I know they were just trying to be helpful but it shouldn't take 3 conversations to schedule a 500m tuk tuk ride.

Review 4：Everything seemed perfectly fine. I was only there in the evening until very early the next morning but the hotel was clean and comfortable and perfectly reasonably priced.

Review 20：Quiet place in a busy area. Staff could not be more helpful. Great reception with cold drinks when arriving in very hot conditions. Happy to help with parking and our other requests. No lift but insisted on carrying bags up for us. All staff spoke some English and for any of our requests a member of staff was called who could speak excellent English.

Review 21：Only thing that was annoying to a certain extent, was the noise coming from the street, especially noticeable in the room with balcony. Wouldn't stop me however, from booking a room at Avacation Boutique Hotel. Definitely a hotel worth staying at. I would definitely book it again.

Review 32：Mosquitoes in room. The drain in shower stall was clogged (surprising for a new hotel). No windows facing outside. No noise insulation - unfortunately there was a room next door with guests talking loudly until 1.30am and going in and out slamming doors.
