Review 1：I had booked well in advance to attend the National Fair, but for thisreason they told me that my credit card info was needed to secure myreservation, but Booking.com did not ask for it. When I got there, I wasdismayed to find that my reservation had been cancelled becausethey'd tried to contact me about my credit card but to no avail...And the hotel was not fully booked!Luckily, a room became available then and there because a couple had to leave, already having paid for their room, so I reached an agreement with them. Please speak to the hotel staff to try and mitigate the risk of this ever happening again. Thanks!

Review 3：Heat/AC was not working. Room and entire hotel was very cold. Roomlacked free coffee and bathroom was not restocked with soap or shampoo.
