Review 1：Wifi did not work; no clock radio in room; bathroom and desk lighting poor; steak was chewy; not possible to check out early: reception desk openened ony at 8:15 AM. I am receiving spam emails from Hunzebergen since my stay.
Review 2：The staff where brilliant, We had a room with a balcony over looking the grounds at the back, very quite and peaceful. Breakfast was good with hot and cold food.

Review 17：Very poor or even no fitness even this was promoted by hotel. Sauna was almost cold and showers in spa with no accessories. Aircon in my room was not working even there was almost 30C outside. Restaurant service very poor and my dinner took me 2 hours almost.

Review 19：The breakfast was poor for a 4* hotel. It wasn't mentioned that you had to pay extra for: bowling, billiard, an extra towel!!!! for the swimmingpool. Normally in a 4*hotel you have tea and coffee to prepare in your room, here not.

Review 21：If anything, I felt the quality of the food in the restaurant didn't match the price. The service in the restaurant was extremely slow and the price too high for what was offered.
Review 22：The resort offers all comfort one needs to relax: beautiful wellness center with pool, whirpool, sauna and steambath, all very clean and well maintained. Our room was silent and has very nice mattress so it's a pleasure to sleep. The hotel has some fun recreational facilities, like bowling room, pool table, mini golf etc. The sorroundings are really peaceful and quiet. Perfect place to relax and be in the nature. Staff at reception very friendly, polite and helpful.
