Review 1：For a 4 star rated hotel it was not very clean, especially the carpets. There was no one to help with the baggage. The included breakfast was not fresh and mediocre.
Review 2：The hotel location is excellent and onsite parking garage is a great feature.
Review 3：Staff gave us a map immediately & recommended a restaurant which was excellent. They also squeezed us in for a 2nd night, when they were full. Good secure car park. Location is excellent.

Review 6：The staff in the reception wasn´t very talkative when we checked in and we had to ask a lot of questions, like if we were supposed to know about the details of the hotel. Eventhough the hotel is clean we found a lot of hairs when in the carpet in hour room.

Review 19：Problem: carpet in the room. My husband was bitten by fleas. Next day at check out I complained about that in reception and all I listened was: " I am going to tell my colleague." Not even we are sorry. Unico grande problema: pulgas no carpete do quarto. Reclamei na portaria e não ouvi nem desculpas, só um " vou falar com o colega ".
Review 20：The hotel is very central and with good access to the sassi. The breakfast is good and the bathroom good, with an excellent shower. Hotel bem localizado com bom acesso para o sassi. Bom cafe da manha e boa ducha.
