Review 1：A nice farm-style hotel in the middle of the beautiful Holland countryside, yet only 5 minutes from Haaksbergen and not far from Enschede either. My room was clean, spacious and modern, bath tub was bordering on luxurious. View from the window was a river and cows and sheep will greet me on the parking lot.

Review 2：The setting, the rooms, the staff and the breakfast were all great! Everything was very clean. The rooms are nicely furnished and comfortable. It was an easy drive to Enschede but the town its located in was wonderful too!

Review 3：A beautiful, rustic hotel. Loved the atmosphere and the location. Quiet, relaxing and only a short drive to town. Town is historic and very picturesque.

Review 5：the staff was rude. the climate control did not work and it was so hot! i wanted to open the windows at night BUT there were bugs coming in everywhere and i did not want my 9 month old baby to get bit. the baby bed that was provided for me had holes in it. you had to pay for coffee pads to use the machine in your room. i wanted to go horse riding.. the whole reason i picked this hotel... and nothing was set up. they told us we could just go there but they gave us horrible directions. for the money i spent... i was very disappointed. the tv only worked half the time. the private terraces they have are not really ''private'' at all. housekeeping came to my room when i was still sleeping and they said they would come back and never did.

Review 6：the location of this hotel is great. the hotel is beautiful and quiet for the most part. the room was clean except for under furniture. no one really bothered us. it was peaceful.

Review 19：Clean and spacious rooms with comfy beds and bathroom. Breakfasts good value-money with fresh rolls, muesli, yoghurt and eggs (boiled of fry youself). Good walking and biking environment. Comfortable terraces, sunny as well as in the shade. Very relaxed and friendly staff and atmosphere. (If you're seriously carnivorous, try nearby Buffalo Bill steakhouse)

Review 21：The possibility to buy a voucher for eur 25,00 per person. With thatvoucher you could have a 3 course diner in one of the restaurants in thesurrounding of this B&B. We chose restaurant Bi´j de Watermòlle,which was excellent.

Review 22：It would be nice during the summer months to provide a fan in the room. The mattresses kept slipping off the bed.

Review 23：The staff was very polite and showed us to our rooms. There is a petting zoo and pool nearby and lots of nature trails to explore. Bikes can be rented for 7.50euro a night. The area is beautiful and my kids loved it.

Review 24：Very friendly, relaxed and extremely helpful staff, nothing is too much trouble. We arrived in the evening after travelling all day, and although the restaurant was officially closed they went out of their way to make food for us. The breakfast was plentiful and good quality, and lots of variety. Lovely situation in the countryside with horses in the surrounding fields. You can choose to eat breakfast inside, or outside in the pleasant patio area.
