Review 1：Lousy customer service who messed up my reservation, lousy housekeeping who only work from 10am to 1pm, lousy hard bed, small toilet and toilet bowl, tiled flooring makes it worse than home, lousy aircon that is not cold, breakfast had no variety.

Review 3：It was a ridiculous thing to make patrons wait until 4pm to check in!!!!Either that or if you are prepared to stump out another $15; you cancheck in at 3pm?!!!! Cambodia is not Japan; so don't institute ruleslike in Japan!!!
