Review 1：We could not get into the room we booked on arrival due to maintenance issues. This meant we had to move rooms the next day. We did get a reduction in our room rate however.

Review 6：I loved Everything Its a new Hotel with amazing facilities, and Amazing Staff. The Shower is to die for with jets massaging you, few minutes walk to city centre and the Hotel is Along the Esplanade with great views.. loved it..

Review 7：Staff were super friendly!!!! Attentive and willing to help with anything. They all spoke English as well. We missed the last day at breakfast so they packed us lunch boxes! Renovated hotel that is clean and great rooms for families. Location is a little off the beaten track, but is certainly value for money and taxis are available and cheap. A great stay!

Review 9：Great location with amazing views of the Lake Ohrid. Facility was very clean and spacious. Staff were always there to assist in anyway possible. Layout of apartment was ideal for a family. Excellent wifi coverage. Would highly recommend.

Review 10：A little bit smal room, no block number in the hotel address indicated in the Bookings reservation which made it difficult to find the hotel, bad weather on the day of our arrival.

Review 12：Baby cot not in the room, although we requested it. Staff not well organized, although they were kind. Room was very unclean upon our arrival. The next day room was cleaned in late afternoon on our request, even though we put a sign "make up my room" in the morning.

Review 14：Hotel need to review the description on booking website. In the room, this is not a "spa bathtub" but just a bathtub. Furthermore there is no possibility to adjust the temperature of the bathtub, what a shame, because the default temperature is barely warm!! We had troubles with hot water. We asked someone to fix it but nothing. At checkout we complained about the cold showers/baths we had during our stay. They explained us there was a pb and apologized, ok nice, but we would appreciate a gesture of goodwill regarding the price of the room and the fact that we took this hotel because of the bathtub!! No real juices and good coffee at the breakfast... An also they put the steel serving forks/spoons inside the hotplates... Thanks for the burns!!

Review 15：The view on the lake is very nice and location is good. The bathtub is in the room allowing you to take a bath with a wonderful view! They offer free parking place (don't forgot to book it before your stay)

Review 16：The coffe that was available free for breakfast, had a somewhat bad taste. Free black/green/fruit tea was not available for breakfast. The apple tea that was available for free is a nestea and therefore not very tasty. Also the fruit juices were too much 'artificial' for my taste.
