Review 1：that we had to pay supplementary fee for having kids. According to the website any child under 4 is free BUT i was told at the check in --only if you book directly to the resort. A fine print would've been okay, because i didnt see any at all so I thought if my 1 year old and 3 yrs old stay in the same bed with me, then I don't get charge. Oh well, had no choice but to pay since we were already there. great thing the resort was great, or else I would've been mad for that supplement.

Review 2：breakfast was great! especially if you spend your day out and about , you wouldn't want to miss their breakfast! I love the lake view in every room, seems like. I'm not sure if all rooms are but from the looks of the buildings, they're all have balcony with the lake view. complimentary waters was the best!

Review 3：A little isolated, not many options for restaurants and hotel restaurant is pricey. Porlezza not an amazing town. Bathroom was brand new and very nice, but the rest of the apartment was looking a little dated.

Review 4：Actually now called the Parco San Marco. Loved the quiet pool area and the beach bar. Superb breakfast. Fabulously friendly and helpful staff. Superb parking facilities. Balcony overlooking the lake.

Review 5：The only complaint would be the lack of comfort regarding the bed and bedding which lets down the experience a little. Also disappointed to find the cutlery and crockery locked away in the kitchenette of the suite we rented and cost 60 euros extra to unlock them ?? This seemed a little strange.

Review 6：The staff are all very friendly, professional and helpful, the breakfast buffet is incredible, the location on lake Lugano is beautiful. Premises has well maintained gardens, pools, etc,,,. Good restaurants on site. Great spa.

Review 18：Please tell me how is it possible that someone pay so much for a roomwith no air conditioning? This was the most horrible experience I had inthe past 10 years! Even though outside it was maximum 30 degrees celsiusit was so hot inside the apartment that me, my wife and my little boycouldn't sleep all night, even with windows open! These"dependence" are buildings inside the whole park that are"inferior" to the others, and probably this is how they gottheir 4 stars... These buildings do not have air conditioning. Only anelectric fan. And if you sleep with windows open (they don't evenhave shades) you will wake up at 6 am when cars and people start makingnoise! I cannot believe how this got the high rating! Are those peoplenot travelling there during the summer? How can you charge 1300 eurosper night for something with no air conditioning! Is there no shame inthis world anymore? I paid 250 euros for this special "offer"but otherwise its 1300 euros per night, I am not kidding! I experiencedworse conditions than when I was a student and I spent some 10 euros for1 night in 1 star hotel... I would go so far to say that this was aripoff and a scam... (Installing an air conditioned unit costs under1000 euros I believe...) I am still in shock!
