Review 1：Additional charges for parking. No wifi in restaurant where breakfast is served. One morning at breakfast a member of staff showed me to a table so I set my things down but when I came back with my food, a couple told me that they had also been seated there - was quite embarassing. Bar wasn't open the night we arrived. Also the sat nav in our hire car didn't direct us to the hotel entrance using their phone number - it took us round the back where there is no access - not sure that this is anything that can be helped by the hotel though?
Review 2：Good location, about 15 min walk from Kokusai-dori (international street). Room clean and comfy. Nice shop on ground floor with wide range of goods. Plenty of choice at buffet breakfast. Good wifi connection in room. Couple of pub/restaurants just opposite which are very good too.
Review 3：Friendly, gracious staff, including parking lot attendant! Easy walk to Shurijo Castle. Moderate downhill walk to Kokusaidori St shopping area. Also near Lawson convenience store for healthy eats and Japanese sweets.
