Review 1：Said I did'nt have to pay for my last day cancellation then charged me anyway. They wanted me to pay for a cup of hot water because they needed to use gas to heat it up. The laundry was'nt really clean. Washed but not clean enough.

Review 2：Good private safe. Good advice. Free 1 kg laundry service.

Review 3：The lower price justified the location and heavy, crazy traffic you’ll have to dodge to go anyway. As also the not so well maintained air-cons. However their prices for other services (visas, transports, tours etc) are a bit higher than those offered by other tour agencies along the riverfront. So shop around.

Review 4：Since it's a little out of the way, it's a bit more quiet than the touristy riverfront.

Review 5：The aircon in the nicer 6-bed room does not function well, even after being serviced. It can't go below 26-27C.

Review 6：It's farther away from the riverfront, thus less touristy and a bit quiet at night. Walkable to the Sorya Mall for good inexpensive, clean food court and Lucky Supermarket (but the traffic is maddening).

Review 7：A bit far from all the action. As fan doorm its quite open staff walks to the room and change garbage bins etc at 8 am.. Making unnecsessary noise. Lots of people check out early but in my opinion they should wait until check out time or at least when everybody wakes up.

Review 8：Very big doorm room with individual fans and mattrace on the floor. Actually quite comfortable. Clean bathrooms. Very friendly owners.

Review 10：Excellent place to base yourself to explore Phnom Penh. Robert the owner is a superb source of information, not just on the capital but Cambodia in general! Free kilo of laundry, excellent wifi, lockers with chargers, matrices changed every day. Robert was super friendly and even very honest with me about his prices when others may not have been. There's a road of stalls to the right of the hostel towards the river where you can buy tastu maggots for a cheap snack! Yum

Review 11：Great stay! Dorm for 8 with fan is really big and with a fan for everybody. Good location close to Central Market. Robert and his wife are so nice. Thanks for everything and to take us out for dinner and eat local food.

Review 14：This was the first place I stayed in the country and it was a great welcome. Robert and Narie gave everyone plenty of advice on everything from which ATMs to use to avoid fees to where to find the best local foods to how to avoid scams to what time of day to do activities to avoid the heat. Bathrooms and dorm were very clean, and they have an adorable puppy there, which is a huge bonus. I took a bus from HCMC and they do a free pickup, but I booked last minute and didn't see Robert's email. It was only a five minute walk from the central market drop off though, and I had no problem finding it. Wifi worked well, and there's cheap cold beer and water available.

Review 15：Nothing to complain about of course but the wifi could be a little stronger and the food is fairly pricey. Having said that it is delicious and the portion is big and has real ingredients (ie bacon and cheese)!!!

Review 16：For only $5.50 you can get an air con room with ensuit and that is great! Robert the hostel owner is an absolute don he'll help you in any way he can and his advice is always spot on. He can sort visa's, buses and most other things. The wifi is Okay. Works well for YouTube but good luck streaming a movie. The food here is awesome but it is quite pricey, but Robert is more than happy to recommend cheap places. His mum is awesome as well!

Review 17：The owner! I emaild him before i arrived if he could fix a busticket for the following morning. He responded really quick and he fixed a ticket for me. Really nice location and comfortable beds and a locker for your valuables.

Review 18：4 bedroom mixed dorm room has no windows or ventilation so the air isn't nice and door must stay shut. Pay for 4 bedroom to find there's 5 people in it!
