Review 1：City bikes free and they have lights! Peaceful lakeside location between Riva and Torbole - away from main roads. Swimming pool; small but OK when quiet. View from lounge and breakfast room. Reception staff very helpful.
Review 2：This hotel is right on the shore of the lake, there was always free sun loungers, the staff were exceptionally friendly and they even lent us an umbrella.
Review 3：Staff weren't helpful, didn't explain anything that was included, had to ask which made us feel cheap. Felt that English residents not well looked after as much as others. Spent a long time at the bar unserved so went into the town for a drink instead.
