Review 1：The elevator was broken and did not work and it was a little hard to bring the luggage to the rooms. But we did get a little exercise so it ...was not so bad

Review 2：A magical place along the creek, the hotel was once an old flour mill refurbished and turned it into a hotel. This new hotel inside. Staff cordial and warm, professional service. Breakfast nice and tasty. Clean rooms. Definitely recommended.

The family room was one of the best we have stayed in. Very comfortable. A great alternative to the bigger towns and average hotesl on Lake Lugano.

Review 23：Both my wife and I love the hotel. It is newly decorated with art and paintings here and there, which takes efforts and thinking of its designer. Location is not far from from the town center, by the side of a small creek together with the hotel forming a serene and tasteful look, typical Italian country fell. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is nicely prepared. Room is cozy and facilities are modern. Surprised that we are the only customers in Mid October.

Review 24：The air conditioner was broken, staff said no repairmen work on weekends in Italy, and they would call Monday (we stayed Saturday, Sunday, and Monday nights). No one was called Monday, we had no air conditioning the entire trip. There was one small window that a spotlight shined on so opening the window for some air caused a bright light in the room. We had to buy a fan to get partial comfort. The staff claimed all rooms were full and there were no others to put us in, despite still advertising vacancies on booking.com. Location is very nice, but if there are any issues don't expect quality customer service or corrections. We paid asking price for broken facilities.

Review 27：Everything ! It's hidden at the end of the road and from the outside, doesn't seem how lovely it is. The location is great right next to the river, calm and quiet. The hotel facilities are very modern, clean with art filling the space. Our hotel room was very clean and spacious and with a lovely small balcony looking at the river and the little bridge. We also had dinner at the restaurant which was delicious !

The price of 85 euros for a double room is too high because: -the room furniture is too basic and not that good - the breakfast is poor and of low quality - the hairdryer did not work and when I noticed it (at 11 pm) there was nobody (I could probably contact the person charged for cases of emergency but I did not) to ask for another one. - the elevator is out of service

Review 69：Very nice place, recently renovated with stylish rooms. Soundproofing is excellent so you won't have any trouble with the sound of flowing water during the night... Breakfast is maybe a little limited, but quality is fine and good coffee. There's a little parking lot just around the corner.

The old mill, but well modernised, is in a small villagenot far from Lake Lugano on the banks of a fast flowing river. Abeautiful room with balcony overlooking the river and a good dinner. Theowner was pleasant. He is an artist and many of his modern worksdecorate the walls of the albergo.We will stay there again.
