Review 6：Rooms very clean and large. Excellent shower, bath and bed. Staff friendly. Breakfast excellent. Great little pizza/pasta place across the road if you need a change from rice dishes- best Italian I've had outside Italy.

Review 7：There's a little problem with the booking system. When I arrived at the hotel, the staff assumed I got the wrong hotel because they could not find my booking number in their system. So the staff suggested that I shoud go to Anik Boutique and Spa (another location) without even checking with the other hotel first since they are under the same company. Apart from that, everything is great. Will go back again.

Review 8：Breakfast included but very limited choice of food, may be there is not much guests stay during my stay, so the quantity in the buffet trays looks quite empty.Don't expect a good buffet breakfast like a 4 stars hotel.

Review 9：overall reach what is expect at the price of US54.00 in Phnom Penh. Location is good, as it is in the Naga World area.No shops/restaurants along the street where the hotel is except walk a distance to Aeon. Staffs are friendly. For a short business trip is fine but may not be suitable for first time tourist in PP looks for shopping & restaurants.

Review 14：Hotel controlled the tuk tuks that were situated outside. The good was that there were always tuk tuks but the rate was fixed by the hotels. Hotel was situated all the way at the other end of the nightlife of Phnom Penh as well.

Review 20：I really enjoyed my stay until checkout where they tried to overcharge for items from the minibar and the roomrate. After some discussion the manager showed up and finally we could clear it out but it was a disappointment that a perfect stay ended in a discussion about prices.

Review 31：We booked room with balcony overlooking the pool and Garden with a bath & shower. Put in a room that was dark and dingy no balcony. Took till 2 pm to get moved the next day so wasted a all those holiday hours. Bath never worked despite telling them every day and breakfast was very, very poor. This is not a 4 star more like a 2 star. Also they manipulated our bill so we paid more than we should have. Clever photography and marketing.

Review 40：There's not much room for parking in the street outside, but this shouldn't be of any concern to travelers arriving by taxi or tuk-tuk.

Review 41：The location was ideal as it's near the large conference facilities next door and on Diamond Island (Koh Pich), across the Rainbow Bridge only 50 meters away from the hotel. Diamond Island also has many bars and restaurants and a concert hall. The huge new Aeon Mall is only a 10-minute walk away. The staff were so pleasant and welcoming and very helpful. The large, comfortable bed and the quiet location ensured a lovely night's sleep. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast very much and aperitifs on the Sky Bar verandah were just right for relaxing in the evening.

Review 42：We booked this hotel on the recommendation of a Cambodian woman who we met at the Blessing Ceremony of a Cambodian wedding we were attending. We had stayed in 3 different hotels, including the 5 star Sofitel, The Sofitel may have been more plush with more amenities but the Anik Boutique more than made up for this in service! They could not have done more for us but the topping on the cake was when the owner personally drove us to the airport in his own car to catch an 11:00 PM flight! No charge! I would definitely stay here again!

Review 43：Rooms along the street are noisy, but worth it for us to stay in a CLEAN and stylish hotel for this value. Perhaps rooms in the back of the hotel are quieter.

Review 44：This hotel is new, clean and staff are extra accommodating. Rooms are well appointed, especially the landmark room with the brick wall. Tuk tuk rides from the hotel to places in the city are super cheap and easily arranged by the hotel (and with pleasure).

Review 46：Staff service was excellent. Porter actually helped us crossed the road to take a photo of the hotel facade. Restaurant staff were nice, polite and had good initiative. Hotel location is not in tourist central if that bothers future customers. We prefer staying further from central. However the whole area between Aeon mall and rainbow bridge is undergoing property development plans so it is sure to be much busier in the future.

Review 47：This is a new hotel is located in a very nice area with international shops and restaurants nearby. The decoration is very nice and not over the top. The bed is very comfortable and the tv had many interesting channels. The mini fridge's food and drinks were exactly same price as outside which is a relief. Staff is very friendly and helpful and we got the chance to know the owner who is a very nice and humble man that traveled through europe for inspiration and designed the hotel himself! Very recommended. Since it has only been open a month make sure you get the address right. Some taxi drivers dont know it yet.
