Review 1：The beds were not comfortable - too hard and the pillows were not comfy. The sheets and towels didnt smell that nice also. The view from our room was awful, facing onto a parking lot. Parking cost us another 10 Euros per day and the hot tub was not in use during our stay. Furthermore, even if it were in use, we were informed that we would only be able to use it if we booked our room directly from the hotel, not from booking.com.

Review 2：The staff were extremely helpful, especially Mary Angela. The breakfast was nice also. We received our free drink on the house and they upgraded our room, free of charge. The wifi was good also. The location was convenient, in the centre of the town.

Review 3：The bathroom could be more modern! However, everything worked, and the shower, although small, worked brilliantly.

Review 4：Eating in the restaurant, looking straight onto the lake is amazing. The rooms were cleaned very well, and every day. The staff are all very friendly and efficient. We didn't stay at the hotel Ideal, we were upgraded to hotel Lago di Garda

Review 7：The first hotel on our trip with air conditioning. Very new hotel with all facilities and central location. Staff was excellent, even outstanding and helpful, Helpt us to arrange to get our locked car keys in car back and gave us advice to all the attractions.

Review 11：Most of the staff were indifferent, only one receptionist was really helpful. Another member of the staff was not happy to lower the air-con temperature for us in a particularly hot week. I had to point out one breakfast time that the pineapple displayed in the buffet was bad.

Review 15：The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering a free drink at the bar on arrival. The room was clean and reasonably proportioned. In a good location at the top of the lake, a short 5 minute walk to some great restaurants and the lake. Close to bus stops/ferry port to get around. Would definitely recommend! Great value!

Review 16：We were there on august. The staff was very helpful and the pizzas from the hotels restaurant were awesome. Actually I don´t have anything bad to say about the hotel. Breakfast was great (buffet).I strongly recommend, if you are going to Torbole or Riva.

Review 24：We chose this hotel based in the booking.com reviews and the hotel lived up to those reviews indeed. The staff was great, welcoming us with a welcome drink the first night along with providing us with help on activities throughout our stay. Breakfast buffet was great. Gym in the basement, hot tub on the terass. Internet worked well even in the rooms. So overall, we were very pleased with our stay!

The manager of hotel Ideal was very nice and The personell of hotel Garda as well. The breakfast was great. The lakeview from The Room was marvellous! Thank you! :-)

Review 47：Cold and unattentive staffs at the hotel restaurant. This is trivial, but they use this heavy solid metal key chain for the room keys that pulls pants down. Please change it!

Restaurant was good- very well priced and simple but tasty pizzas and pasta and a good range of German beer and local wine! Hotel was in an excellent location for accessing Torbole (10 mins walk to Port side) and for a half hour walk along the beautiful lakeside to the larger town of Riva Del Garda. Hotel easily accessible by 162 bus from Verona- runs every hour and stops at every town on the lake's east shore, making visits to other parts of the lake simple. Torbole is charming and relaxing and has plenty of local facilities and good restaurants, whilst avoiding the more hectic nature of the touristy towns further south on the lake- superb for watersports and we especially enjoyed the Canyoning. Overall fantastic- great hotel in a great location on Lake Garda- particularly for those looking for budget to mid-range prices. O, Sheffield, UK

Review 50：Very friendly receptionist who gave us a glass of prosecco on arrival. We were upgraded to a suite and parking charges waived for our two motorcycles. The pizzeria was excellent. The buffet breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Excellent location very close to Lake Garda.
