Review 1：The bed was not nice. We could not really sleep good. The room was not realy 30qm.

Review 3：Just an excellent hotel to stay a couple of days beachside. Can really recommend the spa. It is free of charge and excellent! Be sure to book in time.
Review 4：The receptionist wasn't freindly and when I arrived to check in, she was talking with her collegue over telephone which sounded not urgent. I kept waiting for more than 20 min. and she did not even say sorry to keep me wating. That was really nice Welcome.

Review 9：Newly refurbished hotel, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Beautiful location, right on the beach promenade. Excellent breakfast if one wakes up early enough.
Review 10：I was disappointed that the hotel did not provide washcloths, tissues, and body lotion, What was provided was meager--tiny bars of soap, bath gel that wasn't replenished right away, and no extra towels, though extras were provided when I asked.

Personnel was very friendly and service oriented: night guard walking along to the room to make sure our access card was working, and staff providing an extra set of plasters for a minor foot injury so "I would not run out of them during the day"
Review 13：The white bedclothes had some marks from previous owners. Our land-view room did not face a land panorama, but the balconies of another part of the building (which is acceptable).
Review 14：The proximity to the sea was great. The room was elegant and modern. Breakfast and dinner at the built-in restaurant was very good. Friendly and helpful staff.

Review 18：Very easy to find, Easy parking (€3) for the night, newly refurbished very funky public areas and great bedrooms with fantastic en-suite and a small balcony. The location over the road from the beautiful beach is perfect for a stroll along the beach and a beer or 2. The restaurant, staff and menu in the restaurant were great and good value.
Review 19：I expect something more I send a email before about the birthday of my girlfriend... nothing happens, second time in this hotel :( balcony dirty chairs and table lots of dust the view horrible..... I know in that date the hotel is empty and we pay the price of a sea view and they give us a view to the back of the hotel room 330... also ask for 1 hour late check out and the reception ask for more money. .. unbelievable... very bad reservations department.. don't come back for sure.

Review 21：No see view room unfortunately. Would choose less industrial lights in the restaurant and lobby. Would create a better atmosphere. Lactose free options for dinner and breakfast would be helpful.

Review 23：Our only disappointment was that because we travelled with our dog we were allocated to one of the rooms at the back of the hotel that was not sea facing. We understood that it was hotel policy however I felt that because we wanted a weekend at the beach we missed out because the lack of the view. Perhaps the hotel can look into a "cleaning charge" that can be added should any dog mess in the room. This is because I know that the majority of people that travel with their dogs have dogs that are completely house trained and will not mess in the rooms. Just an option.
Review 24：The hotel is perfectly located right on the beach front. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. We felt welcomed from the first moment we arrived to when we left. All the staff members are friendly and helpful. A full buffet Breakfast was served in the hotels Restaurant. It definitely caters to everyones breakfast needs. We travelled with our Miniature Schnauzer and had no problems. The wifi was very reliable and parking is available right in front of the hotel.
Review 25：There was a long line at the desk when we entered. Not enough staff behind the desk. We took a stroll at the beach before trying again. At first, many TV-channels did not work. Was mended quickly. Not enough coffee machines when everybody comes for breakfast at the same time.

Review 27：I think the price I paid for this was well below the rack rate, but it is a beach hotel and I stayed there in October. Designer Hotel - incredibly well designed Bathroom was amazing, full bath, seperate shower, very modern. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Restaurant was well priced and very good for dinner. An incredible stay that made it hard to leave in the morning.
Review 28：Wifi does not work in all rooms. Some rooms have street noise. Ground floor rooms only have a door that can open to get fresh air. No window. With the door open everybody can walk in from the street.... Breakfast is basic. Not much fresh fruit.

Review 30：Don't take a taxi from the hotel to Schiphol, i think we were fleeced by our taxi driver, the meter showed Eu 117.00, this is the most expensive taxi we have used all over the world. We were quoted app. max Eu 80.00 which i thought was very much too high.
Review 31：The hotel itself and their outside seatings for: eating drinking etc. The beach is a stone throw away and all people are mostly on holidays and are very friendly. We had a great time.
