Review 1：Location. In a shopping center Breakfast- tasty items but no hot dishes Double bed- two twin conbined. Not comfortable

Review 3：There is no real Airport shuttle service, since you need to pay a taxi what they order for you. I don´t understand how they can afford negletting servicing customers. There were more than 10 people at the bar waiting someone to serv you. Worst thing the receptionist at sheck in saw the situation and did nothing...

Review 4：Somewhat snarky staff in the breakfast room. We asked for a water boiler and was told we'd get on in the morning - it never arrived. But that's all in all small things.

Review 9：Public areas very untidy and lots of litter. Distinct lack of staff around. Breakfast offering is the worse I have ever experienced - they should either not bother offering it or seriously give it an overhaul.

Review 11：Underground garage parking. 5 minute drive to airport. The hotel is in an industrial area but 15-20 minutes walk away is the town of Villafrance with a beautiful castle and lots of bars and restaurants.

Review 12：Unfortunately there is no pool which would really have made our stay much more enjoyable. We then found out a jacuzzi was available but when we went to get in it was freezing and apparently that is just the temperature and it can't be changed... There wasn't an awful lot around the hotel so if you didn't have excursions organised or a hire car, it would be quite boring and difficult if you did try to go anywhere.

Review 13：I really liked the rooms, they were stylish, well kept and clean. The location was ideal for us as we had a hire car and it wasn't far from many places we wanted to visit. The underground garage was useful to keep the hire car safe and also it meant it wasn't roasting when we got into it every day. The breakfast choice was excellent. The gym facilities were good but could be doing with more variety of equipment. The Wifi was free and excellent.

Review 49：We stayed here for one night to go see a concert at Castel Scaligero in Villafranca di Verona. (it's a half an hour walk) The staff was very helpful, the room facilities are good and the breakfast buffet also very good. They also have an underground private parking.
