Review 16：Great spa and excellent massage technicians. great location close to the center of town and main sights. The special celebrations for Epiphany were wonderful to share with the hotel staff and other guests, including live music and dancing.

Review 18：The staff were warm, friendly and very helpful to my needs given my limited Spanish. The grounds were well-manicured with a beautiful entrance. I needed to make a local call and the woman working lent me her personal cell phone to do such. Very accommodating and I would stay here again. Also, if you're into the chakra movement, you couldn't ask for a better fit.
Review 19：The restaurant was closed and so we had to leave our leisure at thepool. Perhaps, they could set up the kitchen to function at halfcapacity to price guests with cold/hot snacks in lieu of fullmeals. Or, work with local restaurants to deliver. We asked aboutgetting a pollo asado to us but it took several hours for the staff tomake us aware it would not be possible. The mosquitoes were out inforce. Perhaps installation of electric insect zappers on the propertyto lessen the discomfort and attacks brought on by these critters couldbe contemplated. Although we were provided with complimentaryrepellent, it was somewhat ineffective. Small inconveniences that didnot dampened our stay.
Review 20：We got there on a Monday and we had the place all to ourselves.Enjoyed drinks by the pool and even though the weather was cloudy, weenjoyed the quiet and solitude. The staff was accommodating andfriendly. Beautiful grounds. The garden and it foliage was a goodsetting fro chatting and unwinding after some weeks of rattling aroundcentral Mexico.The nights were full of thunder and lightning. It made for a beautiful memories in Tepoztlan.
