Review 11：The most amazing location in Ohrid Old Town with amazing views over the lake and whole town. Great spot for a walk to all historical sights and short 5 min walk down to the lake. Great hosts, helpful, professional and pleasant people. Clean and comfortable apartment of a good size for a shorter or longer stay. We are coming for a second time and will always return.

Review 13：It was a lovely little hotel, perfect location in the middle of the old town but away from the tourists and only a short walk to the most famous en beautiful church in lake ohrid. We stayed in the normal room which was perfectly fine but if u have some spare budget i would really recommend the rooftop apartment. I had a little peek and it was such a stunning view from there!!

Review 15：the location was very good, just 10 - 15 steps from the ancient theatre. The personnel was very informative.When we arrived they gave us map, taxi telephone, the flyers of the cities in the close vicinity and how to get there. The room was big enough and the balcony view was perfect, you see directly the Ohri Lake.

Review 21：My partner didn't like the fabric of the bedsheets. (It was seersucker cotton or cotton mix, totally fine for me.) We didn't get good sleep for the first couple of nights; probably because the mattress wasn't for us, and definitely because we had too much sunlight in the morning through the blinds. We travelled near the summer solstice and it was midday bright at 6am, so other months must be much better.
Review 22：We had an amazing time in Ohrid thanks to this amazing little villa. The hosts were very nice and helpful. Our room had the best view over the old town and the lake, located in the quiet area up on the hill surrounded by fragrant little alleys full of flowers and fireflies. Kitchen is equipped with everything needed, and a mini fridge in the room was also useful. Nice and hot shower if you don't take too long, or unless someone just had one before you. We fell in love with this town and the villa, and will certainly be going back very soon.

Review 24：I loved everything about this Villa. The view was excellent ! I had a room with a lake view. Absolutely fantastic! Amelia and the other staff were very helpful. They helped me work out how to get to the places I wanted to visit, they even had some suggestions for me. The whole apartment was very clean. You get a key to the front door and your room which makes you feel at home. The Villa is also close to St.Kaneo, the city cnetre, the Port and every key place in Ohrid. Would definitely recommend you book this place, you wont regret it :)
Review 25：Where to begin; what didnt we like? the location is fantastic with incredible views of the lake including stunning full moon. (i believe almst every room has a balcony. iits located right next to the ancient amhitheater and a short walk to the samueli fortress, upper gate and st Klimonts. A wonderful restaurant just down the street and you havent even walked down to the lakeside promenade yet! The quarters are quite modern and functionally sophisticated, yet pleasing to the eye. We shared a small ktchen with four other rooms with absolutely no problem. A major plus is the clothes washer in the kitchen with room to hang laundry outside. (if your a traveler, you know how important this is). Ameligh (i hope i have this right ) and her mother are wonderfully friendly and helpful. Ameligh is knowledgeable, worldwise, speaks english and went out of her way to help us at every turn. We were so taken by this wonderful town and the villa Ohrid tha we stayed longer than we planned (Thanks to help from Ameligh). This is a wonderful and magical place in a town that is wonderful and magical as well. You will pay twice as much for this anywhere! Can't wait t return.
Review 26：Located near plenty of the things to see in ohrid, this little villa is perfect for a stay in ohrid. The room had all the facilities you need: bathroom, kitchen, fridge and wifi. The balcony had stunning views over lake ohrid and the old town. The owner lives downstairs and was very friendly and keen to help with advice etc. I highly recommend a stay here.

Review 34：If the staff is not sure when you are coming you have to go down the stairs to the left of the door and ring the bell of the wooden door to check in, which is not very clear. The location makes for a great view, but it is a bit of a walk up a hill from the lakefront.

There is a washer in the kitchen, along with basic kitchen supplies. The staff that we interacted with were very nice and helpful.

Review 38：We stayed at the Villa Ohrid for one night in late September. There is one apartment with an en-suite kitchenette, but it was already booked so we settled for an apartment with the shared kitchen.We had difficulty finding the guest house, as we did not have a map or GPS, but we stopped at a market in the Old Town, and the clerk telephoned the guest house for us. Sveta, the guest house proprietor, walked down to the market, got in our car, and showed us through the maze of cobblestone streets to the accommodation, which is right above and to the side of the ancient Roman amphitheater..We parked the car briefly to unload our luggage on the narrow street in front of the guest house, then Sveta got back in the car with me and showed me a public parking place about 150 yards away from the accommodation. Our room was lovely, with a large, comfy double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a fantastic view of the Ohrid Harbor and lake. The room also had a small balcony with a table and chairs for enjoying our morning coffee and tea and taking in the view. We got on our computers for awhile, using the excellent wi-fi in the guest house, then walked down the street about 100 yards to the Gladiator Restaurant, where we had an fabulous dinner. The night was an unusually warm one, and the a/c worked like a charm! We had put our food in the refrigerator of the shared kitchen, and we were able to prepare a full breakfast in the morning.The Villa Ohrid was the bargain of all bargains at $29 USD per night, and we give it an unequivocal 10 of 10!

Review 43：The walk up the hill is heavy, takes you ten minutes and is pretty steep. Minor other thing is that the hot water is not enough if we showered right after eachother. Although it can be quite refreshing.
Review 44：The lakeview is breathtaking at Villa Ohrid. Room gets cleaned every second day and the whole appartment is in perfect, new state. Beds are comfortable, the balcony with 2 little chairs and a small table is small but does what it has to do. Perfect for breakfast, a drink after a long day in Macedonia. It's a shared kitchen, which is quite small but when you're in a country with such a good kitchen and reasonable prices, why would you be in the kitchen yourself?!

Review 76：From the lakeshore, we had to walk uphill for 10 minutes which is not fun when you're already exhausted after a long day ..but then again, I don't see it as a major downside because otherwise you can't have that amazing view when you're drinking your morning coffee.
Review 77：We rented the apartment and it was a very good choice. Both rooms had AC units and the view from the terrace is breathtaking. All needed appliances were there, working properly. Even the shower drain works which is usually faulty in bigger fancier hotels.
Review 78：I made reservation a apartment for 2 people. but I think there wasn't apartment. I've never used a kitchen with another family(guest) in a apartment. There were three rooms(same type) and one kitchenette in the same floor. so if you want to cook in there, you feel little bit inconvenient. also refrigerator was too small. Although I requested room to see lake view in advance, my room was very limited view of the lake. but she did her best for me satisfaction.
