Review 1：1-poor Internet in the room , maybe because my room was a little bit far from the router , hope that they'll fix it . 2-Housekeeping need a little bit more effort specially in vacuuming . 3- bad sound insulation, I can clearly hear the other room

Review 5：The rooms facing the heavy traffic street are quite loud, even at night because of all night traffic and windows are without noise cancellation. Breakfast is offering the same items every day...for a couple of days is good, but for longer staying is getting boring. The coffee is not matching my taste (weak, without taste and no flavour - maybe because I am used to Italian style coffee)

Review 6：Location of the hotel is quite good, on a busy street, with some restaurants near bye. The room is actually like a small apartment, with separate living room and separate sleeping room, huge sizes and very comfortable. Bed mattress is soft, pillows as well. Air conditioner is very quiet and bath room is also large size and quite modern. WiFi in room is fast and complimentary. Breakfast is ok for couple of days but could be better! On the LCD TV set there is one good movie channel, (English speaking), which is good if you have to spend the evenings in your room. I would definitively recommend this hotel and visit it again!

Review 7：only one minor thing: Windows does not have the grill to prevent flies from getting inside the room, specially if the weather is good and I want fresh air

Review 10：The stuff is super great ! when we arrived. we requested an early check in they approved it and they did their best to make everything great ! they upgraded our room to a great room ! Amazing breakfast ! This hotel is great and the night shift team is super proffissonal. It was a good choice and for sure everytime I would visit Amman I will for sure book the same hotel !

Review 12：The staff at the front office were extremely helpful. I arrived much earlier than expected (at 7 a.m rather than 12 p.m.) they didnot only give me a room at 8 a.m. but they upgraded my room since there was no other room available. From my experience this is very exceptional.Though my still was for one day they made it worth enjoying. I commend their managment for this.

Review 13：Very bad breakfast. When we arrived at 3am in the morning they couldn't find our reservation.Fortunatelly I had it on my phone. After showing it to the receptionist they decided to upgrade us to a junior suite. Nice gesture but I believe that they do this with everybody. Noisy air con.

Review 19：Everything is nice in this Hotel. The room is neat and clean. I liked that they upgraded our room without any extra charge since we are newly married. moreover the location is next to lots of cafes and restaurants which are highly recommended to . visit to try the arabic food.

Review 23：The staff are v friendly. Islam at the front desk was extremely helpful. Got a free upgrade during both my recent stays. The rooms are huge. My 3 year old had lots of space. Excellent location in the heart of Amman. Opposite was all major fast food places like pizza hut, popeyes, mcdonalds etc. Great value for money. Stayed at 5 star hotels in Jordan but Ayass felt like home.

Review 24：The breakfast is normal, and deserve to be better, there was no proper breakfast for early check-out, just one apple with croissant and little price of sweet. It's a 4 star hotel !!

The Wifi coverage was so weak inside the bedrooms The hotel had a problem with towels so they never replaced the used ones with new dry towels, so each time I had to request from the room service team Each night there were a wedding party in the hotel and they use the same entrance so I had to wait the wedding gusts to enter and push my self with the crowd to reach the elevator!

Review 48：The only gripe I had was that the length of the flexible hose that doubles up as a hand shower and a shower (in the bathroom) is not enough for a tall person to bathe without bending down which gets a little irritating

Very limited time to use the gym for men ( as its for lady's only from early morning until late evening ) . Good location but on the busy road with no zebra crossing , we couldn't cross the road at all

Review 59：The hotel is not clean.You can tell from the carpet. Once you get into the lobby you will be hardly able to breath because of the smoke. . its allowed all over! The staff has no idea about hospitality. .the bathroom is terrible.No central AC in the room..you have to live with the terrible noise of the traditional AC! i ordered a dinner to my room..the dishes carrier was so dirty! the food is not fresh...it was just food..apparently there is no professional cookers there...its on one of the most crowded main streets in Amman with almost no services around like restaurants or shopping malls plus it becomes awful when you try to sleep where hundreds of cars just down your window

Review 60：The staff are disorganised and do not communicate with each other. We had a problem with the pricing for our room rate and wanted to move to a standard room. The staff and manager told us to stay in the room we initially booked and they will amend the price. On check out the staff member knew nothing about this and asked us to pay the full rate as the manager was not present. We repeated the situation and told him that we requested to move to a lower rate room however they did not let us and the price was too high. They gave us false hope and lied. In the end we had to pay our original fair which we were not happy about. Very poor communication between the staff.

Review 61：Room cleaning! They didn't make the room the first day, we had to ask for it and then he left his personal cleaning staff in the room. The second day he did only half the job, and we had to ask for towels, shampoos, clean cups!

Review 88：The time and number of hours allocated to male's use of the pool and gym. At present it is only 3 hours/day and it is always at night. It would be nice if this is increased and the times are alternated.

Review 89：Very clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and very helpful as they kept in regular contact to ensure things were OK. Position of the hotel is also a plus as it is near to restaurants and shopping areas. I suggest that they increase the pool and gym hours for males as the current 3 hours is not enough. I would most definitely come back to this hotel in future and have no hesitation in recommending it to others. in short it is an excellent hotel.
