Reviews for Aranwa Paracas Resort & Spa

Review 1:-mistake was made by hotel: charged in advance too much money from the credite card, no apologize or reason mentioned for 2 weeks, several requests.... - some staff was helpful, most of them couldnt offer us the best comfort - disorganized e.g. restaurant at lunchtime was empty only 2 other guests and we were waiting for a simple dish for almost one hour - spa service unflexible, no " normal" facial services possible - communication for non- spanish speakers hard, waiters and receptionists didnt understand properly - beach was really dirty and full of algs

Review 2:clean and modern resort with nice rooms

Review 3:That there is no free Jacuzzi

Review 4:The stafft is very kind and welcoming. We have been to the next hotel there and the girls on the recepition looked unmotivated. These guys in Arnwa where motivated to work. In addition, the hotel also upgraded our stay and we got a dream room. A room with an access to the swiming pool. I recommend the stay

Review 5:The beach in front of the hotel is full of trash - plastic bottles, bags, and cups. It is an eye sore, and the hotel could certainly have someone pick up the trash once or twice a week.

Review 6:Great rooms, great location, friendly staff. The bay view is wonderful.

Review 7:Excellent family suite, spacious and very comfortable. Friendly staff and great breakfast. They arranged for tour to Islas Ballestas and we were picked up at the hotel. We were off season and it was very quiet. We also liked that we could walk to downtown Paracas.

Review 8:Staff kind of rude and at breakfast it seem like they just in a huge hurry to take food away when still 25-30 guests eating! Was quite rude Need way more English speaking. Food was way too expensive for what you got and taste not good. At slower season this resort is ridiculous price!

Review 9:Beautiful place

Review 10:While I appreciate Spanish is the official language, I was a bit frustrated no one except the manager Cesar (who was great and provided excellent service) I met at the restaurant spoke sufficient English for even basic communication. Nothing wrong with this but I do feel this will greatly limit the business in the long run if it stays like this because foreigners who don't know enough Spanish is definitely going to have a lot of problems staying at thus property. But if you speak Spanish well (I mean fluently), this hotel should be a great choice.

Review 11:Walking distance to the Cruz del Sur bus station. Extremely clean. Comfortable rooms and public area.

Review 12:On Saturday nights there is a disco in the hotel, its too noisy for a family oriented hotel. The wi fi signal could be improved.

Review 13:Sea view from the room, nice room-terrace, great swimming pool, activities and games for kids. Very good restaurant.

Review 14:Forget about other reviews, reception made us wait two hours to give us a room. It was 5pm when we were allowed to get to a room that lacked air conditioning. We complained and had no apologies or effort to fix the air conditioning system.

Review 15:When we were there the internet was not working.

Review 16:The food was amazing, and the staff were very helpful. The rooms are large and there is plenty of stuff to do around the hotel. The swimming pools (yes x2) were perfect and the views of the sun rising and setting from any location is worth just sitting on the porch for 2 hours to take it all in. Try the Pisco Sours in the bar!

Review 17:The Beach is very dirty and full of litter. Really the only downside

Review 18:Overall excellent hotel, great facilities also for small kids. Very good food, nice pools, generous rooms

Review 19:We had to check in by Booking.com in lobby hotel to get better price At check out they had a higher price. First they had to discuss this with manager before they coŕect it

Review 20:Rooms Quiet (when we were there, we saw only 4 other guests)

Review 21:A lot of the facilities were not quite ready yet (spa, gym, bar). There is a step coming out of the lobby. Should put a rail or a strip warning people. My sister was pushing my mom's wheelchair and missed this step and my mom fell forward on her knees. She didn't get badly hurt but maybe you can help other people.

Review 22:This is a beautiful new resort, less than one-year old. The resort offered a good view of the pool and the sea. We got a suite with two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms which was great for five people. Suite was very nice and you could step out to a patio and then directly onto the pool, very cool! The restaurant is open and spacious & the breakfast offered a variety of nice food for all tastes. The architecture and decor of the hotel is very modern and beautiful.

Review 23:Internet connection is very unstable. Food at the restaurant is very expensive. Good quality cooking but more expensive than eating dinner in Stockholm!

Review 24:Nicest staff ever!! Amazingly helpful. We even got 1 1/2 hours extra in our room after check out.

Review 25:The beach is dirty and unattractive

Review 26:The hotel itself has excellent quality and nice staff

Review 27:Tiptop hotel and friendly staff.

Review 28:Food prices. No heated pool (kids).

Review 29:Kids play area. Staff.

Review 30:An excellent range of facilities. Helpful staff.

Review 31:No jacuzzi

Review 32:Great service, great rooms, good food and drinks.

Review 33:Jacuzzi and some services should be included in price.

Review 34:New and clean.

Review 35:Better wi-fi

Review 36:The staff were not friendly at all.

Review 37:Excellent, friendly staff, beautiful facilities in perfect setting. Great spa, good food.....wonderful getaway!

Review 38:changed rooms three times because air conditioning didn't work

Review 39:friendly helpful staff

Review 40:As I told - there are not too many options in menu. BUT soon they will open one more restaurant.

Review 41:It is really new nice hotel. Staff is so friendly and helps immediately when they just see that you need some help. Two pools - both are very good Food is delicious, but as they are new hotel, there are not too many options. I like the design of the rooms - it is modern and made with good materials (nice wood, for example) We enjoined staying here a lot and spend perfect time with my husband on our wedding Anniversary :)

Review 42:The restorant offer was poor

Review 43:The place was nice
