Review 1：No airport shuttle, taxis charge 15-20 bucks one way, depending on time of the day...rooms have insufficient lighting, no hooks for hanging clothes in the bathroom, no soap dish in shower area..

Review 4：Hotel had everything I needed for my stay , it caters mainly for sports groups and it has superb pitches for football , horses , or rugby, room , ok ,nice pool area and bar and restaurant food was good enough with no complaints from myself or the party of 35 rugby players I was traveling with, majority of staff very helpful

Review 7：In the bar they yell at you, the receptionist is happily unfriendly. Must be an Italian profession to be unfriendly! Hotel is old and run down. The pool area is run down to a local mardigras venue. Bad beds, small bath rooms, no covered parking, surroundings like a rubbish dump.

Review 23：The room was hot and smelling bad because had been all day under the sun and no one opened a window to refresh. The two beds for my children were not done. I had to put the blankets myself. AC was making an orrible sound and was not working properly. The sink to watch your hands and teeth was so badly constructed that my daughter 7 years old could now wash her teeth. The hair dryer was placed inside the wardrobe for no understandable reason....The breakfast was not better. No real coffee only Nescafé , no croissant....

Review 25：We booked this hotel because on the web page of the hotel there were information about Sauna, Fitness Center, Solarium, Spa, Turkish/Steam Bath. And no any word that it is forbidden to use this facilities for children (only for indoor pool). So we wanted to have a rest with child, but administration refused in visiting spa with child. I read notes from other people that breakfast in the hotel is poor, it usually do not matter for me, but this time i couldn't cut with knife scrambled eggs. I don't know how old was it). Meat was spoiled and had an awful smell. I don't know how often they clean the rooms, we had the room unclean for all stay. When we asked for a cot for the baby (extra charge) the receptionist said that there is no possibility because the staff has gone home (about 6 p.m.)

Review 26：breakfast is below standards for 4 starts hotel. not much of a choice. the vegetables weren't fresh and with no taste at all. the bread was dry and hard like stone...there is no laundry service in the hotel which is necceasy since it is far from the nearest city of villafrance.

Review 28：In the Bathroom, No curtains on Bath Tub. While taking bath water was falling outside the tub on Floor. No Soap stands in Shower cabin or Bath Tub. No hooks to hang Bath Towels. In 4 star Hotel atleast we don't expect a 22 Inch TV. Swimming Pool is not just for Hotel residents, but for Outsiders also. So it was full on the day we were in Hotel.

Review 36：When we arrived at 10pm that night the reception staff had no record of our booking despite pre-booking our stay 2.5 weeks in advance. We had paid the upgrade for a junior suite but as they had no record of our booking they tried to give us a double room and couldn't guarantee that it would be a double bed. Unaccepting of this we finally got a junior suite however had our doubts that what we got fitted the description of what we booked and paid in full for! The hotel is classed as a 4 star hotel however, in the UK it would be likely to be classed as a 3 star. No iron or tea/coffee facilities provided in the room only a minibar with water. We also paid for a jacuzzi bath however in the end we didn't use this as the bath was standard size and was dirty and had scrapes all over it and had obviously been mended with a lump of plastic spread over the base of the bath! Breakfast was a buffet and was limited variety.

Review 38：The room was boiling hot and it was not possible to lower thetemperature in any way. The shower was broken and did not work properly.Also, we could hear all the noises from the neighbours, the walls arevery thin.

Review 44：1- Interior was modern, but should be repaired. 2- Staff was not eager to explain during check in where the swimming pools are, at and till what time and where breakfast is served. 3- Radio music in the hallways was loud; fortunately only during daytime. 4- Despite the special request not to give a room nearby the stairs, emergency room or other, we got the last room at the hallways, next to the emergency stairs.

Review 46：- It is kind of in the middle of nowhere, if you wanna go sightseeing you need to go to Verona, which is some distance - Somewhat little smelly neighborhood. There are horses stationed near the hotel and we could smell it a little, especially in the evening. But just a very little.

Review 50：The hotel has a newer block but we had a room in the older part. Thehotel isn't worth its four stars. The rooms are a bit renewed but havefew comfort. The airconditioning is noisy. There are no drapes on thebathroomwindows, so the room got hot from the morning. The room is notcleaned good. The door to the bathroom was broken en mended with tape.There is only one little elevator for the whole wing. The personel wasnot friendly. The hotel has a public swimming pool so there wasn'tenough parking space to put our car. It was a terrible experience, theworst hotel we ever stayed at.
