Review 1：Entregaron la habitación una hora más tarde de la hora prevista para el check in. Nuestra suite no tenía aire acondicionado y uno de los ventiladores no funcionaba. Baja cobertura de WiFi en el cuarto. Alberca un poco sucia. A la hora de asignar mesas en el restaurante, capitanes dan prioridad a clientes externos y no a los huéspedes.

Review 11：The staff was never able to change dollars to pesos and was vague aboutlocal celebration times and places to visit. The kitchen staff wasdismissive to women.

Review 13：Excellent hotel...the rooms are very nice and the overall property is great. Staff was very attentive. The hotel restaurant is excellent...the jicama salas is an absolute must! Great views, great location. Top marks.

Review 14：Mosquitoes were very bad the first night. No screens on windows & hot at night. Also a dance club about a mile away played very loud music until 2am on a Tuesday night. But that was not the fault of Posada del Tepozteco.

Review 15：Amazing views of Tepoztlan. Great service. Beautiful grounds. Pool almost all to ourselves. Restaurant food was fantastic. Only a block to the zocalo.
