Condo Hotel Crystal Suites sells fast on our site. Situated at the Fifth Circle in the heart of Amman, Crystal Suites offers modern rooms with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Facilities include a 24-hour reception.
All rooms of Suites Crystal are equipped with satellite TV, a fridge, and a DVD player. Some rooms are equipped with a kitchenette and a sitting area.

Review 1：No market nearby, there was one subway and thats even at 15 min walk. Internet was too slow. Complimentary Drinking water was never replinished after the first one I got in a new room.

Review 2：Overall, it was fine. I stayed here because of office location was nearby. Not a big facility but value for money wise its fine.

Review 3：It was too cold in the sweets and the heater was not working good, I have sergury but I was not comfortable because the cold weather ib the room

Review 5：This hotel has a kettle for tea making. But they provide tea/coffee bags on for the first day. For subsequent days they do not give and you need to purchase. Similarly they keep 2 half litre water while you check in but afterwards it chargeable. This goes bad in taste.

Review 10：I've visited Amman many times, but Crystal Suites is my favourite place to stay in. It's very clean, well maintaines and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and supportive especially the reception Desk manager, Mr Haleem Qandeel who ensuresw that your stay is a pleasant experience. I will definitely stay there next visit.

Review 11：Everything. Location, cleanness, facilities, breakfast, internet access, parking and staff. I stayed in Dec 2015 and heat & hot water were available with no problems. Special thanks to Mr. Halmi and Mohammad from management. Both of them have done an exceptional job in welcoming me and making my stay more comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel. Great value for the money.

Review 26：Breakfast was basically unavailable since it was Ramadan. But the chef who came late offered to prepare us a meal, but we had to leave to the airport and use the excellent Crown lounge in the Amman International Airport.

Review 33：Location : next to 5th roundabout which is easy to find. Parking : free parking under the building atmosphere: simple, very clean and friendly staff. Room: reasonable size very clean, comfortable bed, big toilet, flat screen TV. ....what more do you want? Staff: the staff are extraordinary, very polite, extremely friendly. I have to mention some people who where exceptional. The receptionist "Helmi" he is extremely helpful and funny. The bellboy "Yazan" he jumps to service and very polite. The chief in the restaurant so kind and helpful. I can't thank enough the hotel manager "Mohamed" who kindly agree to allow me to have a late check out. Note: this is my first visit to the hotel and stayed for only one night.

Review 34：Price is a bit too expensive for what you get and the restaurant closes at 10pm. If you feel hungry in the middle of the night, you will need to order delivery. Weak Wi-Fi connection.

Review 37：Nothing bad per se, but if you are looking to stay in the 'thick of the action' in Amman this hotel is not for you. While it is centrally-located on paper, Amman's spread-out lay-out means that walking to any of the main sights from this hotel is not possible. Thankfully, taxis are plentiful, easy to catch and very cheap.

Review 38：Welcoming and very friendly staff, for whom nothing was too much trouble. I was given a free room upgrade which was kind. Accommodation was basic but clean, and the bed was very comfortable. As a single female traveler I felt safe. I was happy with the price I paid for the value received.

Review 39：I am newly married and referred to my new husband as my boyfriend at reception. I was then promptly told that we were not welcome to stay the night if we were not married. The problem was obviously rectified but not ideal for unmarried couples.

Review 44：They upgraded me to a suite. Furniture old and in average conditions, but room extremely clean as well as comfortable. Nice bed. Very good position (you always need a taxi, but you are close to everything).

Review 50：- Although clean, sometimes they miss small details that, when brought to their attention, was taken care off promptly - Few times breakfast trays were not replenished quickly - Location is little far from essential services shops (grocery, restaurants, etc.) some walking is required. Not pleasant in bad weather.

Review 52：the corridor on the ground floor ha d cigarette smell, but not strong, it didnt really disturb any of us but i think would be good to get rid of it. you need to remember to turn on the "please clean up" switch, otherwise the room wont be cleaned.

Review 53：the location is good for a traveler with a car - its in a calm area right on the fifth circle around 5-10 min driving from the busiest area with shops and restaurants. If you are staying without a car then you should expect to take a taxi (people say its very cheap) because walking is a little far. the parallel street has some chic and not expensive restaurants and there is a shopping mall not far away. the staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast had a nice variety, wifi works well, each room had a teapot and a set of teas and coffees and a very old, but functioning fridge. rooms are spacious and are well decorated, seems comfortable.

Review 54：I booked two rooms/two nights through Booking.com. The hotel blocked more than the total cost of the booking from my credit card 36 hours before I arrived. Then on returning after our first day's trip, my friend was denied his room key until he had paid for his room in full.

Review 55：Location, comfort, cleanliness and breakfast. Good value for money. The hotel arranged a day trip to Petra and another to the Dead Sea which saved time and effort. The cost of the day trips was fair, but look out for the hidden extra costs.

Taxi fare is about under 2 JOD to the Citadel Hill, National Art Gallery, Rainbow street, King Abdulla Mosque and Jett Bus Terminal(for Petra visit). The greater Amman, a restaurant's name, offers cheap and tasty Kebabs and meats, next to the Hotel btw.5 and 6 circle. The internet connection was good. Staffs were very friendly.

Review 69：I visited here in Ramadan, so people were tired. there was no restaurant except very small one, the food was delicious. but people did not give us our food in time. we waited a lot.
