Review 1：wifi not working at the room and extremely poor slow connection in the reception. Small outside pool is unusable because it was ice-cold. No A/C. No refrigerator or small minibar (considering the price 168 eur per night). Extremely inconvenient beds - very small and kind of rounding at the edges - easy to fall down on the floor and very bad for sleeping comfort. Balcony rackets feels very low and balcony is a little bit narrow, which feels dangerous even for adults. Smoking on the balconies allowed - very bad for non-skokers, who must suffer because of other people’s bad habits.

Review 2：Very nice owner, attentive to all your wishes. Great 180-degree view . Good sized bathroom with a lot of space and window to the lake and mountains. Really good Italian food during the dinner (a-la-cart) and nice view of the lake. Best location in Porlezza. Free parking at the backyard of the building. Double door between the corridor and the bedroom, isolating all the possible noise from the corridor. Umbrellas available to borrow when raining. We enjoyed a lot!

Review 4：Porleazza is located in an amazing spot between the mountains and in the end of Lugano lake - and Hotel Europa in it's best location. Breathtaking view from the room and balcony. Small and a bit cool pool in a nice scenery with a small playground for kids. Spacious double room with an extra bed. Our family usually searches other restaurants than the hotel's in a new village, but here we came back - and enjoyed our dinner very much. The family running the hotel and restaurant is very nice, helpful and caring. Good free parking behind the hotel. Will return here!

Review 6：The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Since the owner of the property wanted me to write in hindi as iam an Indian to give an opinion to my indian friends about the property I will say "agar Jannat hai to Idhar hai" words copied from the famous kashmir poet. Bahut Acha property hai yaroon. Honeymoon ke liye to po che hi mat. Highly recommended. The only issue in summer is there is no fan or AC in the room. But during sept to nov this place rocks.

Review 7：The greeting was warm & friendly, with close proximity to the beach, harbour & town. We had a side room with a pool view, which still had an excellent view of the lake.

Review 44：The mattress in the double bed was a little too hard for a woman of my size (58 kg). The shampoo and shower gel smelled a little too masculine.

Review 45：The staff were friendly, cheerful and extremely welcoming. The brand-new swimming pool area was clean and very inviting. Breakfast was copious and offered a large choice of breads, meats, cheeses, yougurt and delicious fresh fruit - the peaches were perfect. Evening meal sizes were large and offered a good value and quality for money. The dining areas were comfortable and in excellent decorative state. The rooms were large, bright, clean and airy, and room 26, which I was allocated, had the most wonderful view of Porlezza bay from the balcony. The bathrooms were a little dated but large and very clean.

Review 56：For 115 euros a day...hotels bathroom was very very small...there was noshower and shower curtain...there was the hand shower and bath...but tubwas not clean and so when you take a shower the whole bathroom wascompletely wet. We got only two sachets of shower gel the entirestay..we stayed for 4 nights...The hotel is near to an irish pub and acamp facility and so its very noisy till 4am at least...it was very hotand I could not keep the windows open because of the noiseoutside...there is no air-conditioning..apart from the view and the goodstaff...I Really wanted to get out from there.

Review 60：The rooms were quite spacious but the en-suite facility was badly in need of refurbishment. There was no air conditioning and it was necessary to keep the balcony windows open at night. Even so the high evening temperatures made it difficult to get a really good nights sleep and the curtains hardly excluded any light.
