Review 1：The view of the city was unbeatable. I also have never stayed in a hotel with such impressive amenities and a room with so expansive for such a price. The mall is on the first 3 floors and parking below, but it is silent on the top floors, where the rooms, sauna and fitness center are. The walk to the old city provides a chance to view uniquely other sections of Mostar.

Review 5：Staff were extremely helpful in arranging to fix car rear window which had broken. They went beyond what anyone would do to help and did not even want to accept a tip. Facilities were a dream.

Review 6：The only downside is that it's a bit of a walk to the old town/bridge. We did it with three young children but we opted for a taxi coming back to the hotel in the evening. Also, they wanted to charge us nearly half the room-rate for an extra bed for one of our kids. Seemed excessive.

Review 7：We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel - a great find and would recommend it especially if you are traveling with kids. The staff was great and the facilities were super. We had a gorgeous room large enough for our family. The breakfast was ample and we had the entire place to ourselves (we must have missed the larger tour groups going through in the morning). The hotel is attached to a mall which also has a movie theatre, bowling alley and indoor play center which was a major bonus with young children. The hotel pool is also fantastic, looks brand new and is very clean.

Review 8：Food in the restaurant is mediocre but this probably just reflects the overall cuisine culture in Mostar.

Review 9：It is brand new hotel. We were upgraded to a suite which is very nice. Most helpful doorman who helped park our car. The location is very near the old town. We think this is the best hotel in Mostar.

Review 10：The town of Mostar has one problem unless you are into Pizza and kebabs; there are many eateries but all tend to sell the same type of food. This hotel has no in house restaurant but tied up with one that actually located inside the adjoining mall called "Prestige" - nice food and good house wine.

Review 22：Everything! Staff were fantastic. Facilities were amazing, had multiple saunas and a swimming pool and gym. Excellent sports massage! Lovely breakfast. Very handy having shopping centre just a few levels down with a cinema, bowling alley and restaurant etc 15 minute easy walk to the town.

The staff were extremely helpful in recommending restaurants and giving instructions. This was a great hotel and we will definitely stay here again should we return to Mostar. We highly recommend it.

Review 45：While not located near the main tourist center, a good very hot 20 minute walk, this hotel's location is still perfect. A short taxi ride costs pennies and avoids the hassel of tour buses and crazy parking. The bonus is that the driver will inevitably provide you with a running commentary of the reconstruction efforts.

Review 46：What I didn't like about the hotel might be picky for some and unreasonable, but in my opinion they would make thoughts for some: - I don't know why and how the hotel is considered a 5-Star hotel. Don't get me wrong, but a 5S hotel must have a lot of facilities such as a pool, tennis court, basketball court, etc; more facilities I mean. It's a 3.5-4 Star hotel somewhere else in the world (especially where I'm coming from). - When we arrived to the hotel, we had loads of bags and it was raining, there was no concierge, no helpers, and the reception desk didn't even bother to offer a hand. This makes an issue for big groups or people with more than one heavy bag. - A small thing but it makes a big difference for some (especially Arabs): there was no bidet in the bathroom. It might not be a big issue, but it was an issue for me. - I used the glass that is placed on the table to take my medicine, the glass remained unchanged (not replaced or cleaned). The only thing the cleaners did was to arrange the bed. I had to call the reception and asked them to send someone to change towels and replace the glass, i.e. to do a proper cleaning. - Breakfast was poor. Same breakfast everyday, nothing new and very limited choices, but the staff there were really great. - There's no nail spa in the hotel (something you would expect from a 5S hotel). - Bosnian Coffee is not available in the hotel cafe. My experience is really good and I wish the hotel takes my comments in consideration as my accommodation for my next visits to Mostar will be Mepas. I highly recommend it to all travelers who are looking for peaceful, clean place.

Review 47：I went to Mostar for a week and booked for 6 nights. I can say that the reception staff aregreat, especially Aida, and very helpful. Location isgood somehow (if a long walk to the old town doesn't bother you). The room is very spacious, very clean and the bathroom is simply huge. Bed is outstanding. Wifi is great. View is also good (facing the church and the mountain with the city view). Shopping mall is downstairs. Everything is available in the stores.

Review 56：New & stylishly modern hotel. Very clean, quiet & upmarket, but at a reasonable price. The shopping mall below has a huge supermarket in the basement, a currency exchange (you'll struggle to change the Bosnian BAM Convertible Mark outside Bosnia), wide range of shops, a McDonalds & several coffee shops. Access to the hotel is also possible from inside the Mall itself, via guest-only lifts, controlled by the hotel key-card. The hotel lobby is on the ground floor & the hotel rooms on floors 8 & 9. 15 minute walk away from Old Bridge & main Bus/Train station (which is on the other side of the river, on the East, Muslim side) - hotel is over the first bridge you see, in an easy straight-line walk from the station. The war-damaged buildings come as a bit of a shock the first time you see them, especially when you're staying in such a lovely & new hotel, but I found Mostar very pleasant & safe, with a fascinating history. Visit the Stari Most bridge at night when all the tourists leave; there's several bars on the river banks where you can sit in the shadow of this beautiful sight. Free, fast & reliable wifi. Very helpful & friendly staff in reception, who were happy to meet any requests I had & kindly upgraded my room free of charge. Room came with free bottles of water & a welcome fruit platter. Spa & wellness centre has a small fitness suite, large pool & several saunas/steam room. Breakfast was of excellent quality, with a wide selection & the very strong coffee that Bosnia is renowned for.

A nice touch would be to have a cold pool in the spa, and a tennis field somewhere on top, and an open balcony but everything was perfect. Kind staff, super breakfast, clean, a wonderful location. Review 61：Bit of a walk from the old town, but is not too far. Shopping centre does not have any restaurants other than McDonalds. My son had room service food and got very sick after eating it. Avoid their reheated rice. First time I have seen room service that can't do french fries or chips.

Review 72：The hotel is part of the Mepas shopping center. Of course this 5* hotel has separate entry and the hotel guests has direct access to the shopping center. The rooms are located on the 5th and 6th floor. Big rooms, modern design, new look, clean, comfortable beds. The entrance to the underground parking is common with the shopping center. Part of the parking at level -3 is reserved for hotel guests, with direct lift access to the hotel lobby. The very large breakfast selection nicely presented with polite service. The 5* is well deserved. Centrally located, all touristic atractions are within walking distance.
