Review 1：Excellent hotel. Very hospitable staff. Praiseworthy. Great food, and especially good cakes. Lake view is unforgettable, soon be back on a long vacation.

Review 4：4th floor had lousy internet due to router problem and reception staff did not know how to fix it for 4 days. No breakfast buffet just they offered to make breakfast eggs; after first day we went somewhere else to eat. Definitely going downhill older hotel. Will not stay there again even in summer.

Review 18：Staff was not so friendly, we booked also dinner and they just bring ussome steak with french fries even they didn't ask us what we wouldlike to eat. We asked waiter what kind of meat is it, he told us it ispork and husband and I don't eat the pork than came other waiterwho was very angry and told: "it is not pork, if you don'tbelieve we will change it". Other guests had 3 menus to chose thedinner. We paid full price and have treated us as we came from streetto ask for a food.

Review 19：Rooms are beautiful and clean, with nice balcony and partly lake view.Breakfast was very rich and restaurant is nice. It is a few minutesdriving to the center.

Review 20：The reception area is amazing with all the piano's and antiquesarranged to give it a Jazz feel to the place. So much to look at. Roomswere decent size with decent bathroom and proper shower. Wi-fi wasexcellent and staff were friendly. Free buffet breakfast was generousand re-topped up when needed. Outdoor and indoor eating available intheir restaurant which is beautiful and massive. Prices are moreexpensive but expected. Loved the white piano and the jazz instrumentsin the centre of the restaurant. Entertainment is provided for dinner inthe restaurant with live music. Three kids ages 10,6 and 2.5 years oldloved his place as I did too. Definitely value for money and with aspecial feel as opposed to the villas in the area. Acess the lakeswimming area across the road for a 5 minute walkcutting through hotelacross the road and shops and other restaurants in that area too. Maintown for shopping is close with taxi or bikes that the hotel providesits guests. Would definitely go back. Did I mention the view of thesunset? Not to be missed on the lake.
