Review 1：we stay 7 nights, normally the breakfast at 6:30 am, but to days i went at 7:00am it was not everything ready!!! 3 days we didn't get my tea and my coffa on my room.

Review 9：Staff was very attentive and genuine. Upgraded us to a suit when they knew we had kids. The restaurant is not crowded and breakfast was good... could do with more variety though! Hotel lobby was cozy and nice. My kids loved the elevators!

Review 10：it is one of the slowest ever , signal is so weak inside the room , i saw many guests laying on grounds outside thier rooms to be able to connect , very basic WIFI infrastructure although the staff helped alot but still thier whole network need to be upgraded .

Review 58：Poor facilities like INTERNET was not working for all the days. Even after making repeated request to the staff they could not fix the internet issue. From day one the toilet flush was not working & technician came to repair 2 times.

Review 63：I was over charged which was only corrected the following morning after I pointed the error out to the counter staff member. It was simple maths for tax that was not looked at properly at the time of my initial query - check in. The bathroom in our hotel room was not clean. The bath tub had hair in it despite checking in at 11pm and was not clean overall. The standard between 4* here and what is a 4* in the west or Asia is substantially different if this is a real 4* hotel.

Review 66：The hotel needs desperate renovation: cracks in paint, windows look verydusty from outside, bathroom and room furniture look old. No hygieneproblems, but when things are old they tend to look dirty. Definitly thefaucets need to be changed or cleaned. And there is no water pressure inshowers. I chose this hotel because it was cheaper than others but nexttime I'll pay a little more and go to a newer hotel.

Review 69：It was a very dirty hotel the rooms had thick dust and dirt on the walls cupboards skirtings . and the floor were not hoovered. they still had thick dust. The staff were not helpful even after pointing out the dirt

Review 78：The gym consists of a sauna and massage and the pool offers a limited time window for sunbathers because it lays in the shadow of the hotel after 1:30pm. The bathrooms could do with a deep cleaning. Dirty grout and a dirty bath are not attractive. Rooms are small and a little worn but comfortable if you're lucky enough not to get a room with single beds. One of the female staff at the front desk was quite dour in all my interactions with her. Lastly, do not use hotel taxis to the airport. The true fare is 15-20JDs and at most times a cab can be easily found 100metres away at the 4th circle. The hotel quoted me 30JDs.

Review 79：The hotel is located just by the 4th Circle which makes getting around easy. Despite the nearby busy street the rooms were pretty reasonably soundproofed. Most of the staff were polite, professional, friendly and accommodating and security was pretty good. Breakfast is included with most rates and the restaurant offers a buffet dinner in the evening but I never checked on the price.
