Reviews for Hotel Boutique Casa Fernanda
Review 1:The owner and staff at Casa Fernanda bend over backwards to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need, and with a smile. And the hotel is beautifully designed, with large comfortable rooms and beautiful grounds. The food is wonderful and the spa services superior.
Review 2:The staff were all very accommodating. They assisted me with my Spanish and I helped them with their English. The dining wait staff were especially kind, knowledgeable and willing to help. I would stay here again and again.
Review 3:They tell you breakfast is included. A continental breakfast composed of one cup of coffee, a very small plate of fruits with cottage cheese, one glass of juice, two very small pieces of bread. That's it! If you want butter or marmelade youmust ask for it!

Review 5:Everything
Review 6:It was a bit pricey for Mexico
Review 7:The SPA was great
Review 8:Although we respect and honor town traditions, the bell ringing for two of our four days interrupted the calm we came for. We feel they should have offered other accommodations or offer some recompense. Or not advertise as a spa! Which is expensive.
Review 9:The beauty, the food ( which was fabulous), the massage, the pool.
Review 10:There was an unannounced event in the morning that closed down the breakfast area. They began testing the sound system just after 8 a.m., waking up everyone in the hotel!
Review 11:The garden and pool area are beautiful. The building is also very tastefully decorated.
Review 12:Nothing
Review 13:Used bedclothes on arrival. Two hours without water on the second day.

Review 15:No laundry service WiFi signal strength poor within rooms
