Review 1：We loved this hotel especially has it was right on the beach. Plenty nice walks, restaurants and bars. The staff were nice and the breakfast was very good. It was a nice surprise to get wifi in the room as we thought it was only in the public rooms.

Review 2：That we had to get out of that comfortable bed too early (9:30) for the (included) breakfast buffet.

Review 3：Actually, everything is great here. Let's start with the extremely comfortable bed and big fluffy pillows... Sea view and the relaxing sound of hearing the waves crashing onto the shore when the window is open, balcony if you like to smoke, the sauna and pool facilities are very well maintained. The guarded parking lot (15€) only 1 minute away. The great bar with N.Y. style artwork (my wife comes from New York and loved it). This list can go on, just stay there. We will again.

Review 5：The location is just fantastic. It is one of the very few hotels in Poland which is right on the beach, with nothing to interfere with the direct ocean view. Staff members are generally very kind and helpful, with maid and room service personnel being truly outstanding. Our suite was nicely decorated with comfortable furniture, and we were lucky enough to have both a huge terrace and small balcony, for one of the best oceanfront views we have ever experienced.

Review 6：Great hotel, exactly as described. Clean and very comfortable rooms. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety. Our group had 3 rooms, and all had a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. We were very happy there and would not hesitate to return.

Review 7：No parking. Only 20% guests may have it. There is a hidden seep price to have a parking spot. The beach is too crowded. There is no place to lay, not to mention to get a chair, or wind screen. Hotel is very noisy at night. Disco and parties are going loud till 2-4 am. There is no way to sleep. There is no AC and keeping windows open is impossible because of the noise.

Review 9：Room was clean and light. Balcony with table and chairs. Mini bar was too tempting and cups too small for a decent cup of tea or coffee. Nice hotel with good facilities and helpful staff.

Review 10：To the hotel fees you have to add 16 eur per day for the parking lot . The inclusive dinner (buffet) is served untill 20:00 . In the morning for breakfast one day we had the bad experience to find crepes with mold .Informed the weiter , they provide to change it but they semas not amused for what happened . From a 4 star hotel you expect a bit more professionalism . I had a massage but the staff was not really interested on doing it .

Review 11：The hotel is directly on the beach with a private access on it . In case of bad weather you can decide to spend your time in the internal swimming pool . The buffet is convenient

Review 12：The place starts to show age...the swimming pool needs more cleaning, one can see sand at the bottom... No teapots at breakfast, one has to run back and forth to hot water fountain to make tea.

Review 13：The location is perfect. The only hotel I know on the Polish Baltic coast which is build almost on the beach ! Great breakfasts !

Review 14：The spa is not a spa. Its a reguljär swimmingpool with a small sauna. Treatments are hard to book as they are understaffed. Dont go there for the spa. The food is typical polish/german.

Review 23：Staff at the reception. On the arrival as we were checking in, my card was preauthorised for payment for 2 rooms- which worked out as something around 500 euro. On the day we were leaving at the check out they said that there were problems with my card and they couldn't charge for some reason. So they asked for my card again and charged my card 500 euro again and as it turned out leaving the preauthorised 500 euro frozen on my account. Reception didn't check that the payment was already preauthorised and when I phoned them they said it's up to my bank to release those funds now, not up to them. And of course bank were saying the oposit. As we were still on holidays for another few weeks and continued our travels, 500 euro missing from our budget was a big deal. Funds were eventually released , but it took 10 days. Also day before check out we asked if we could get packed breakfast, as we were leaving early next morning. Reception said it was too late (8 oclock) and unfortunately they couldn't do anything for us... Also all of us at some stage of our stay had to deal with the reception and we all said that the lady receptionist with black hair in an up do or ponytail, a bit older is extremely rude to deal with. We all thought that she is like a reception manager or she just comes across like one, because of her attitude. Not good for 4*hotel...

Review 24：We stayed in Amber for 3 nights at the start of June-group of 19. Excellent location right on the beach. They have private beach with loungers, wind breakers and even beach towels available at no extra cost. Breakfast is amazing- such a big selection. Rooms small enough, but comfortable. Some of us stayed on lower floors 2nd and 3rd and some of us on higher- 5th. Rooms looked the same, except of the fridge/mini bar that was opened in rooms on the 5th and it was locked for rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor ( you need to request key at the reception to get in opened). 5th floor room also had mini coffee maker. Views were obviously also better from the 5th floor rooms. All our rooms were overlooking the pier- lovely! We also used the laundry service. Very cheap and worth paying extra for express- clothes picked up at 12 o'clock and back afer 2 o'clock perfectly clean and iron/pressed. Very impressive!

Review 28：The layout of the hotel and furnishings, location and some of the food such as the fresh fish on the breakfast menu. The a la carte dinners were good even if by Polish standards expensive at about £50 per person per night.
