Review 1：Two things: one, they allow people to smoke right in the entrance, not just gave a bad welcoming to everybody, but also, the smoke gets inside the building. And, two, they do not have enough parking space, they solve it with valet parking, but, not always want to leave your car with the valet parking service.

Review 3：the beds are small in size not a queen which I think is usually standard. It was a little uncomfortable for two people to sleep on but I imagine it would be fine for a single sleeper.

Everything requires that a attendant serve you- they park your car, store your keys, give you your keys, load and unload your luggage....my family just wants to do it on their own! Tough to park your car- parking lot requires valet service.

Review 11：Leaks twice in our room, both in the middle of the night. The crew banged a cart up and down the stairs beginning around 6am everyday. Our room had basically no window.

Review 13：TheWiFi was very tedious as every time I changed from my rom to public rooms I had to reconfigure my IPad. The music in the breakfast room was so loud and nerving that I thought I was in a discotheque. Neither staff nor restaurant manager seem to take notice.

Review 15：Not centrally located, half the equipment in the gym wasn't working and the swimming pool was very cold. Also, the floors in the bathroom are very slippery when wet. We complained about it to the staff after falling in the shower. Hopefully they'll do something about it.

Review 62：All in all we find this hotel very good value for money, so these are just minuses but nothing stopped us from staying here longer - wifi: the only major problem really - the wifi will disconnect you quite frequently, so you have to re-enter with the code constantly. Signal can be weak at times. We've stayed in rooms where the signal wasn't spaced out, so you kind of had to stay in one spot to be connected. There is no rule to it, we had rooms on the 5th floor without wifi problems, and rooms on the 4th with issues. - water: water pressure is lower on the 5th floor, otherwise it was nice. It is almost impossible to get a dreally good temperature though, at times the handle is set to quite low and the water will still be burning hot. Getting it to not too hot or not still too cold can be a bit of a challenge

Review 63：-location: we came to Guadalajara to look for apartments/ stay while getting settled in/ business, we have not tested the location for sightseeing activities and can only say that we have seen quite a couple of buses around the area but don't know where they take you since we drove ourselves. We found getting around the city (with GPS) by car easy. Other than that the hotel is next to la Minerva, it's easy to reach from almost anywhere and it's easy to take a cab from the hotel to anywhere. Also the neighborhood is quiet, feels very safe and there are some nice restaurants around -comfort: this is a very comfortable hotel with nice, modern design. It's big and near a big one way street but our room was around the back, we never had noise problems. Traffic doesn't seem too major though. Air condition works well but we also like that you can at least open a slot beneath the window for fresh air (other hotels in gdl that we've stayed at have sealed windows, so no fresh air ever!) we have happily prolonged our stay many times now. - service: the hotel is very clean, 2 new 500L bottles of water are placed in the room every day free of charge (other high class hotels give only one smaller one) - value for price: superb -infrastructure: buses (not tested), and cabs all around, a mall with cinema in walking distance, also Starbucks and various restaurants (chains as well as lovely little special places), many many 24hrs mini stores (Oxxo) around (one just across the street) - staff: very friendly, we mostly spoke Spanish with the staff - room service: we ordered once, nothing out of the ordinary but it was definitely fine -wifi: wifi is free in the entire hotel and if connected works not always at high speed but solidly

Review 69：We were given a room with the tiniest window so it was quite dark. Though I should have requested for a change, I think guests should be notified before that they are given a dark room. One night we had to call room service three times to get some ice, by the third time we got ice and a meat dish we didn't order (we don't eat meat), we sent it back and five minutes later we got a call from a room service lady being really rude about us having definitely ordered that food, which we did not.

Review 70：Everything was super comfy and clean, internet connection was excellent, loved the fact there was a small gym and pool, and although it's not super close to the city centre, it's easy to get around, with plenty to do within walking distance.

OUR ROOM (331) WAS QUITE NOISY WITH THE COOLERS JUST AROUND THE CORNER UNDER US. RESTAURANT WAS NOT MUCH TO BRAG ABOUT. WE HAD BREAKFAST THE FIRST DAY. AND THE REST WE FOUND ANOTHER OPTION. FINE THAT BREAKFAST WAS NOT INCLUDED IN ROOM PRICE.

It was still cheap compared to other hotels..butI should have read the fine print in this website. Also, the restaurantwas not great either.
