Review 1：Very nice hotel in Torbole about 200 meters from Lago di Garda but not directly along the shore and does not provide any lake view either. However, its good service, friendly staff and delicious daily breakfast makes up for these shortages. The area itself is wonderful and just a quick drive away from the more famous Riva di Garda. Ample parking is provided free of charge for the guests and their rooms are neat, charming, has a nice balcony and wifi is available everywhere with no extra cost! Yes, I can imagine going back to this lovely establishment... :-)

Review 3：Great bedroom with a good area, very confortable and modern. The view of the bedroom to the moutain. Value for money was excellent seen have paid € 59 for one night. Very near to the center and near to a good restaurant, you can go by walk.

Review 10：Tea and coffee making facilities were provided, but there was no milk on our arrival. We had to ask reception for milk. Tea, coffee and milk were not "topped up" at all during the whole of our 6 night stay. Cups used were not washed up.

Review 11：Room was very nice. Breakfast very good, and staff very good. Well done to the lady running the bar in the evening. She had to cope with 2 coach parties, and did not have any help from any other members of staff.

Review 12：Mostly good but when the sheets were turned back after first night sleep I noticed some blood spots on them and the duvet cover. I requested change of bedding and only the sheets were changed so had to ask again for duvet. This should have been checked. It was definitely not my blood and is very unsettling to have someone else's on your linen.

Review 21：It was hot and the air conditioning did not seem up to the task. In the first room it was not working at all and the staff were more than willing to move us to another. It was better in the second room. A small complaint as the staff were so willing to rectify the problem.

Review 22：The room was basically but adequately furnished. Location was was good - walking distance to the lake and the shops. The staff were very professional and willing too help.

Review 23：Wifi did not work. Told the front desk and they said it wasn'tworking on our floor to just use it in the lobby. That wasunacceptable. Better response would have been to move us to a floorwhere the wifi was working.

We ended up spending money traveling to places that were closed waisting our time and money.

Review 35：We stayed at hotel caravel as a party of 40 in July for our wedding. The hotel and staff were amazing. The breakfast is so big and has lot of choice, the rooms are very modern and comfy and the bar and pool are are lovey and most of all, the hotel is very clean. The staff, especially Janna were always so helpful and friendly. Janna helped us with transfers and many emails I sent with questions prior to staying there. I would really recommend this hotel and thank you so much to Janna and Roberto for making our stay so perfect.

Review 36：Mistake made with our booked quadruple room but was rectified the following day. Even had a view of the lake and mountains. Pool was a little on the cold side.

Review 44：I and three biker pals have returned from a biking trip which started in Italy and travelled a total of 1200 miles (one way home, as we shipped our bikes out to Italy by Road haulage). We arrived at the Hotel Caravel after a quite an exhausting ride from Vicenza in temperatures of 38c with extreme humidity so when we arrived we were so pleased to find an welcoming outdoor pool which we plunged into as soon as we could. The hotel provides excellent facilities – the rooms are splendid with a very large balconies and large En-suite facilities. The breakfast was excellent and offered a choice of hot or cold style buffets. (The hams and cheeses were delicious as were the muesli and yoghurts. The hotel bar provided a good choice of drinks at very reasonable prices (especially the wines). I will definitely return one day to stopover when I take my wife touring Italy. I spoke to several guests who also extolled the virtues of the hotel. Well done ‘Hotel Caravel’ 5 star rating all round. Review 96：parking is as always an issue, sometimes you need to park in two rows. although if your not gonna use the car within a day - no prob. hotel is slowly running out of its 4 stars. seems that they are not in hurry to renovate their rooms. top floor rooms has very strange ventilation: the air from the toilet is blown right to the balcony... and same is for the neighbouring atoms... be ready get inside fast ;)

Review 97：the view to the lake\mountains (west) is good. very close to the beach\lake once they get price special offers it is a fair deal, otherwise they are asking too much. i would say that the staff, breakfast and the location is fair 4 starts.. but the room not and the photos on the booking are very outdated. after years in usage the rooms are getting noticeably damaged.

Review 99：Great location which whilst near to the road does not have a noise problem with traffic. It is in the heart of the town with everything easily accessible.There was ample parking whilst we were there which was good. The hotel also had bikes for guests use.

Lacklustre aircon and tired looking landing and stair carpets for a 4* hotel. Outside the hotel general levels of service not good. The attitude of the area appears to be the tourists will come and spend money regardless how we deal with them.

Review 111：Friendly check-in and kids club staff in the hotel. Small, old town centre close by. We used this hotel to break up a 1200km road trip. Good food in the restaurant when available.
